It's the future sales of the drug that define the near future success. Long term depends on if they can expand their technology beyond melanoma and/or manage to have it approved and sold in other markets. It is a very costly drug, so countries with strong public healthcare will be difficult. The AI based neoantigen discovery by Evaxion looks interesting, but I am sure that e.g. Biontech know this approach as well. ImmunityBio reported nice clinical study data, but that is still far from the FDA approval. Once they file for that, I will surely reconsider my stance.
