Am traveling so cannot calculate exact FFA derived level here and now but guess we are at approx 9.3. Hunter is in other words dirt cheap!

·3 päivää sittenAgain, errors are presented regarding Hunter's costs on leased vessel. Leasing price is just over 51,000 dollar per ship. Admin cost per vessel slightly over 12,000 dollar. This means that the cost level or rather break Even is somewhere between 63 and 64 thousand dollar. I also note that there is talk about concluded agreements, they are not as favorable as expressed here. But good, yes still good cash flow. Sufficient to drive the share price further, hardly. This will in a few months' time slowly but surely tend downwards both regarding price as well as turnover. Mid-June there will be a bloodbath!

As shown before; according to the Q4 report, HUNT had a total of 1.83MUSD in total opex. With two chartered-in ships, that gives 2.5k per ship per day (opex covers more than adm, but let's concede that) Regarding the details about entered agreements, you can read the press release from when they chartered in the ships, you can read an interview with the CEO (after the war ended), or check reports. Here from the Q4 report; "The Company has entered into two back-to-back time charterparties on for eco scrubber-fitted VLCCs. The Company charters in the VLCCs on a fixed rate per day, while chartering the VLCCs out on a floating index-linked rate. The index-linked rate is based on the recognized VLCC benchmark TD3C"
