If it rains on the priest, it also drips on the sexton. This applies in the first instance to liner companies but indirectly to the feeder segment. The Drewry World Container Index increased last week by 8% from 1813 u.s. dollar up to 1.959 dollar = 146 dollar for 40 ft. container. This is the 4th straight week with an increase, though after 17 weeks of decline before the increase started. It should also be added that analysts believe the increase will be short-lived. But up is up.... And where do we long-term dividend riders stand today? 3Q is finished sailed and dividend money earned. We have almost sailed half of Q4 at excellent rates. And the order book for contracts is constantly filling up with great contracts. So the near future looks bright. Have a continued nice weekend everyone.

Does anyone know why MPCC is so rarely mentioned in positive terms in the various financial and business newspapers? There are many doomsday prophecies, based on incorrect data (liners, not feeders). But I rarely register anyone talking it up and promoting it. I struggle to understand why. They probably feel themselves that they control everything here. Purely apart from the fundamentals, of course. But what does one do as an investor then when one knows that a large bank has bombed a stock with 100 million in short? One buys the stock privately, of course. These short sellers shall not perform an action without us having full control over what they do. And yesterday it was "adjusted" with the least possible volume. The total increased from 4.78% up to 4.79%=0.01% Or from 21.25 million shares up to 21.30 million. An increase of approx.44,000 shares. And this time it was Voleon that increased from 0.69% up to 0.70%=0.01%. Or from 3.09 million to 3.13 million= 44,000 shares. The other 4 on the list did nothing. Then the new status is as follows. Marshall W. 1.69% 7.50 million NUMERIC. 0.90% 4.01 million Citadel A. 0.89% 3.95 million. Voleon. 0.70.% 3.13 million ACTUS. 0.61% 2.71 million Total. 4.79% 21.30 million Then come some of my own thoughts/analyses, those who are interested can read, the others can just skip. Just a little about yesterday in my eyes. It's great when the share price increases and the short sellers increase their short positions on the same day.Actually, the word is fantastic. Then a little about trading volumes this week, it has been incredibly low this week. So I'm wondering a bit why haven't the short sellers "bombed/dumped shares I the market and torpedoed the share price to the bottom???" I only have one answer, which might be totally wrong but nevertheless fits. There are few "free shares" available I the market at this share price. I have aired this thought before and still stand by it. Then a little about today's today., a great increase in the share price.. Now the "robot" I the whole week tried to keep the share price below 17.50 kr.but had to give up yesterday (Thursday). And today the robot had to wave the white flag.Kaputilasjon.... Today we got a normal turnover / volume in the share. Before the closing auction 17.84 kr. + 2.68% + 0.465kr. 1.881 million After the auction. 17.76 kr. +2.22% + 0.385kr - 2.124 million Change. -0.08kr. - 0.46% -0.08 kr. - 243,000 shares. Perhaps a little disappointing with the decrease of 8 øre But we must not be too demanding..They only managed to buy 243,000 shares at that price. Now comes the highlight. yesterday's change by the short sellers was not very exciting. But Monday's update will be incredibly exciting .. What have the short sellers done today(Friday.). 1 Did today's increase of 39 øre come without any interference from the short sellers. 2 Have the short sellers increased their short position today? Almost completely unthinkable/impossible. 3.Have the short sellers remained still and unchanged status Possible ,but doubtful. 4 Have the short sellers reduced their short positions,and withdrawn / bought shares out of the market and by that lifted the share price upwards. I somewhat believe in the latter alternative, that they hat reduced their short positions. Then the next question arises. By how many shares have they reduced their short positions? What I am saying now is my own view and own thought ,it is certainly completely different for others. I will be very satisfied on Monday afternoon if the list from the Financial Supervisory Authority shows that the short sellers have reduced by max.470,000 shares. If they haven't reducedci at all,then I'll go out and hoist the flag up the flagpole(irony). Now I think I'll finish up. You just get a little nut to ponder over the weekend. We are approaching 18 kr pr.share now. The pondering is how far up must the share price go ,before we see MARGIN CALLS and short-skvis..?? Have a wonderful weekend everyone. And as usual,you'll just have to accept typos.
