·17 t sittenJust checked but there is no news Friday evening. The ships are Liberian-flagged (see my previous post) but at 2020 Bulkers the boats remain under fleet. We'll have to wait and see. As someone previously said that we might in the worst case have to wait until the Annual General Meeting which is on May 12. Just be patient until they tell us what they intend to do.
·1 päivä sittenSold out yesterday at 133.30kr. Should have taken profit a day earlier, then it was at 139 for a short while! This was my favorite stock, hope something equally good appears soon! Lots of luck going forward, hope there will be more information soon about the way forward and the big dividend!
·2 päivää sitten · MuokattuHIM of 2020B has identical management, but I'm puzzled by the very different communication strategies from the two companies. While 2020B has maintained almost radio silence throughout the entire winding-up phase over the last approximately six months (and actually hands over ships to new owners without a stock exchange announcement), HIM today issues a stock exchange announcement that they have entered into a new 12-14 month charter agreement for the vessel Mount Matterhorn.. So, an important event for an investor involves no stock exchange announcement from 2020B, while a relatively «unimportant» event for an investor in HIM is immediately reported as a stock exchange announcement 🤷🏻♂️
·1 päivä sitten2020 also had press releases on extended spot agreement (a "non-issue" in my head); https://newsweb.oslobors.no/message/647389 They have already press-released the sales, and stated when they expect handover to the new owner, so they perhaps think that press-releasing the handover is overkill? (even though the shareholders would gladly want that update) Or wait until the last ship is handed over and then strike?
