·4 t sittenI have performed a valuation based on EV/EBITDA and comparison with competitors DOG Group and Solstad Offshore. Sea1 Offshore: EV/EBITDA = 4.3x EBITDA-margin = 52% Peer average: EV/EBITDA = 6.9x EBITDA-margin = 42% This shows that SEA1 trades at around a 37% discount to the peer average on EV/EBITDA, despite having the highest EBITDA margin in the group (52% vs. 42% average). This is a very surprising difference. The high discount is partly explained by lower liquidity after the transition to Euronext Growth. The stock cannot be traded via an ASK account and Euronext Growth is a less regulated marketplace with lower institutional coverage. The other reason could be that Kistefos AS is the main shareholder in Sea1 with a 51.83% stake (this means low free float) But a 52% EBITDA margin is outstanding in the sector. This indicates superior operational quality with $665M in backlog with 100% coverage for PSV and subsea in 2026 and around 80% subsea in 2027, Q1 2026 EPS beat consensus by 42.3%. I believe the stock is undervalued relative to DOF and Solstad. The most conservative valuation shows that SEA1 should trade around 36Kr
