Still strange that with such a good Q1, they maintain for the year. As well as that the main shareholder sells a number of shares right after. I myself have approx. 29% of my funds in Hove, so that's where I should be.. It will be exciting to find out what the harbor segment can amount to.. Good day out there

·19.5.It now makes sense why the stock didn't rise more yesterday, as the company's CEO pushed the stock down by selling over 500,000 shares corresponding to almost 3.3 million kroner. This corresponded to almost 74% of the total volume yesterday, which is why the clearly primary seller was Hans Christian Hansen. There is again significant trading activity in the stock today, which may indicate that he might not be finished selling. It is never positive when insiders sell, but remember that HC is still a major shareholder, and according to the website owns 7,090,000 shares corresponding to about 28% of the shares. This figure has not been updated after the latest divestments. Therefore, I don't think one should interpret too much into HC reducing his holding a little after a strong financial report, where for natural reasons there was increased interest in the stock and therefore easier to sell. Personally, I think the financial report was strong, and offers good opportunities for an upward adjustment later this year, and has therefore bought a smaller position.
I quite agree with your observation, however the company næver they have also had customers who have bought in advance which gives above normal ernings one should remember that. I think the competitive siuationen is sværd to see through but everything anndet is relatively straightforward and good info on their ir side. HC strikes me as a skilled man, but I wonder why he is selling.
