Rinus - No, it doesn't and as I wrote here a few weeks ago, I doubt it will be an issue in the short term. They drive conservatively, but have a 'sure hand on the steering wheel'. Good investment.

It is great to have a management that is using the current progress to position itself for future expansion by paying off debt and switching to cheaper interest rates. I have been involved for several years, in fact, since the price was below 1 euro, and have continuously bought up so that today it is my largest position. I believe that in 3 to 5 years we will reach a price of around 10 euros, which I relate to the very low PB. Looking forward to a fantastic journey together with all of you other AT shareholders😃

Yes, yes. AT is making solid progress, as today's financial statements show. LTV has now fallen to 40%, which has given a significantly lower interest rate and 'greater muscle' in terms of credit. The share price is falling on the financial statements, but it has also risen significantly in a short time, so I attribute this more to psychological expectations than facts. Dividends are not coming just yet, but personally I believe that the 'premium' will probably form with patience :-)

Yes, it is surprising that the share can fall on that account. I have a hard time finding the hair in the soup - free cash flow in the 1st half of 0.14 Euro and ERPA NTA 7.8 Euro per share after revaluation of the properties by 1.4 percent. I think it looks good - But maybe there is something I am overlooking.
