·10.12.2025AT is always more volatile than others. History shows that. But there should be a recovery in the EU and especially Germany. Not violently but enough recovery for AT to also benefit from it despite perhaps stagnating interest rates. Shouldn't that (or slightly worse) be expected considering they've been deleveraging by disposing assets? The P/NAV is still low, right? I thought the focus would still be on whether they will be able to weather the interest-rate/leverage storm with minimal dilution or firesales. If they can the stock should go up significantly.26.11.202526.11.2025That is true, maybe I should re-phrase that it was only slightly negative thing. 2024 was not super good year, still recovering, so hopes would be higher profits. P/NAV is low and they renegotiated lower interests, so it it looking good. And at the coming end of this decrease cycle of interest rates next is waiting another crisis. But under 40% is low valuation for a company with this good numbers IMO, would expect 65 and of course 80 as the things get better
