We can take a broad view on nav and I/V, the most important thing is the values are there and they are not disrupted by artificial intelligence or anything else, I see them as a bond, falling with rising interest rates, and rising with falling ones, but with the big difference, the capital appreciation is much greater than with bonds.

Here, he rates Aroundtown worst of the three real estate stocks. According to him, the stock is a risk the fund should not take. His criticism of the company's governance is hard not to agree with him on. As he writes: "The company primarily focuses on property transactions and creative financing structures". The main shareholder in Aroundtown is also involved in Trumps Board of Peace.
