    Yes, hard to understand the price development, I know that higher energy prices can increase inflation, and thereby interest rates, but in these turbulent times, there is surely nothing safer than real estate, and when it can be bought at half price, it should skyrocket.

    Good question;;; I think it might be uncertainty about where the interest rate level is heading. But I still believe that AT operates very proactively with their financing, which is why I also think they have been hit a bit hard by the current uncertainty. I myself have great confidence that AT will come back strongly after the annual report.
