·23.10.Vice-chairman buys shares in Dataproces Dataproces Group A/S announces that the company's vice-chairman, Per Hansen, on 22 October 2026 has purchased a total of 15,088 shares in Dataproces Group A/S at a volume-weighted average price of DKK 4.06 per share, corresponding to a total purchase price of DKK 61,257.28.
·23.10.Crazy that there constantly has to come news for it to be kept over 4. I personally don't understand that it isn't traded much higher when they have gotten a bit of a breakthrough in Germany and are doing well here at home. Anyone who has some perspectives on this? I would really like to hear your thoughts.Signe what is the basis for your belief that it should trade well above 4? Yes so they only lack approx 13500 orders to reach the 200 mill. If they bundle them like here 3 of access, then they are actually only 4500 stock exchange announcements from the goal, an early indicator of their success a post on linkedin looking for communication employees, LOL 
·15.10.Speed south of the border! Everything that comes from Germany is a bonus. The Danish activities easily justify the current pricing. No debt and the cash register is full.
It is worth noting that in their latest quarterly report, they stated 42.9 million in current assets, of which 32.2 million is directly in cash or equivalents. As I can see, their cash minus debt is just under 29.5 million DKK. I find it much more useful to look at Enterprise Value and EV/E when companies have an abnormally large cash pile relative to their valuation - at a market cap of 160 million, their net wealth made up 18% of the valuation. By isolating the business itself from their cash holdings, they are trading at an EV/E of around 21, even though their P/E is 37 at the current valuation.
·10.10.Really good news! If the acquisition goes through, it is really good for market penetration with a lot of existing customers. Great with news on the German front.Quite crazy he bought +80% of all shares that were traded yesterday. That pumps the price up extremely.
