3 päivää sitten·Do we expect more guidance in the long term, showing more growth? I have been trying a DCF analysis for the past few days, where I get a DCF value of 8.64 with a growth of 12.61% in revenue (upper part of guidance), terminal growth of 2% and WACC of 8%.
11.9.·Have looked at the Boelplan acquisition. We have seen before that scaleups are implemented too quickly, without a well-thought-out strategy, where you end up using a lot of resources in relation to output - measured against the domestic market. But it looks really positive. They will add 17 Danish and 6 German municipal customers. The purchase price was under 2 million DKK, extremely attractive compared to industry standards. The founder will continue in Dataproces and can then expand the product portfolio. At the same time, the organization is being strengthened. New CFO Anita is employed full-time (where Kent was previously part-time). I interpret this as a clear signal of focus on professional and sharp financial management - on top of a documented ability to increase revenue per employee. For me, it is crucial that the management is in place. The trick is to prove that Dataproces can break entry barriers in new markets - without the investments in personnel and marketing running wild.

Remember they have INCLUDED ZERO revenue from Germany in the guidance, so all revenue that may have come is in addition to guidance + around their data analysis there is typically a performance fee built in for them and this fee is also included extremely low, i.e. almost all performance bonuses on data analysis tasks will also be on top of guidance.
