Quote; The strategy has been developed by the entire management group with input from the organization, customers and other external partners, and reflects the company's ambitious goals of significant revenue growth and positive operational cash flow. Leading the strategy are the new CEO Maja Vonsild Jørgensen (appointed in March 2026) and CFO Ralph Mathiesen (appointed October 2025). The strategy's 4 priorities: Optimization of costs and capacity Ongoing savings and focus on cost management, optimized setup in USA, improvement of processes, inventory management and reporting, as well as AI across the board. Targeted and aggressive at-line sales Focus on the applications and markets where Q-Interline is strongest, with sharpened sales processes, tools, and materials. Preparation for a future with Dark Factories Strengthening of in-line, integration and automation capabilities as well as focus on efficiency and scalability for in-line projects. Boost of AAR growth and revenue Further development of AnalyticTrust (open API, integration, automation, AI), strengthening of scalability across services, as well as evaluation of pricing strategies.Mega good post, I very much agree with your views. It will be an exciting forward-looking journey together with the new team. Hope now that everyone on the board has also personally invested and has invested at least 500.000 kr each - which should be a minimum to be allowed to sit there and thereby have skin in the game, everything else is unserious ! This already works in many other boards, and thereby we avoid the back-slappers and similar types. Come on folks !
- ·29.5.Not much debate here... anyway, but someone is dumping the stock in massive quantities between 2 and 2.50 kr. Is there a bankruptcy or an emission on the way?Emission is for sure - their costs are significantly greater than their revenues. Otherwise an exciting case, but they are messing around with a small turnover of about 40 million - it doesn't add up in relation to their expenses.

She joined in June 2021 and resigned 2 years later (May/June 2023) 2. She completed their IPO in November 2021. The share was oversubscribed by 80% 3. She went on maternity leave at the end of October 2022, and it was expected that she would be back on 1 March 2023, but chose to extend her maternity leave by 2 months, and when she returned, chose to resign from her position in May 2023. So, in reality, she worked at Hove from June 2021 to October 2022. Having said that, I find it difficult to assess how instrumental her leadership of Hove has been in its development, as some of the initiatives launched before she joined materialized during her time as CEO, and that I have not been able to find The company was founded in 2000, and for example, their IOT solution, called Hove Smart Lube, was developed between 2018 and April 2022, they opened Hove India in autumn 2021 and a subsidiary in Turkey in 2022 shortly after she went on maternity leave, and they also gained more customers under her leadership, and they repaid their loan from the growth fund of 4.8 million and other things, so I think she must have done something right, but again, without knowledge of what has happened internally in the company, it is practically impossible to assess her contribution to the company. After Hove: I cannot find anything about her until a year later (my guess is that she probably chose to take an extra year of maternity leave "at her own expense"). where she had her own company where she offered consulting to companies, and subsequently also management consulting. And now she has been hired as CEO at Q-interline. After having read various announcements from Hove, I hope that Q-interline (and indeed many other companies) will be better at making visible what/who at the executive levels has managed to do whatever is being executed in the company, and not just these press releases that say that x has been achieved.

Is there nothing positive to report or are all investors and employees affected by a collective winter depression 😕I wonder if it's about a sparse news flow, and until it gets better, the underlying optimism in the case is missing? I myself have bought due to the long-term potential (a new Chemotec that can x30), or that it becomes an acquisition candidate.
