Are they perhaps planning to acquire so many that there's a basis for a delisting? A 6th sense tells me that something is coming.😀
- ·1 päivä sittenAgat's acquisition of Capman's share of "BROEN" in Esbjerg: The change in Agat Ejendomme's ownership share of BROEN Shopping A/S from 35 % to 100 % is expected to strengthen the group's earnings by DKK 9-11 million on an annual basis. • The price for the ownership share is based on a price for the property that is lower than the existing external valuation of the center, and the execution of the transaction is expected, all else being equal, to result in the recognition of a one-off gain for Agat Ejendomme

One could call that a good deal, so is Capman perhaps in difficulties? Agat wouldn't have had the financial strength for such a deal just a couple of years ago, so that probably shows very well which direction things are going for Agat.·1 päivä sittenThe center did not cost 1 billion to build, but at one point Agat and Capman were willing to sell at that price.
