From the intention to launch offer press release: Following this, Shareholders controlling a total of 76.54% of the Shares in the Company have confirmed that they intend to support the Offer. From the offer document: Thus, Shareholders controlling a total of approximately 74.51% of the Shares in the Company have confirmed that they intend to support the Offer. To confirm (also from offer document) As set out in the stock exchange notice published by the Company on 27 November 2025, Shareholders holding a total of 7,884,876 Shares, corresponding to approximately 5.9% of all Shares in the Company confirmed that they intended to accept the Offer. As of 17 December 2025, shareholders controlling 4,901,330 Shares, approximately 3.69% of all Shares in the Company, intend to accept the Offer. There is a c. 2% difference in the amount of controlled shares, and it is likely some were acquired over the market by the consortium, so could be possible that even more than 2% have outright rejected this offer..·30.12.2025Why would they raise if they get it through?30.12.202530.12.2025If they get +90% there is no point in raising of course, my thinking is that you put a lowball bid out there and if necessary you raise a little as a form of anchoring technique to get away with what will likely still be a lowball.

·23.12.2025I am sure you are right, I can't imagine that the rest of the shareholders, up to 90%, will bother to sign and submit those papers in the middle of Christmas/New Year. (Terrible timing from Spir by the way😂😂). For my part, I'm curious what will happen to the share price if we are right and the company is not taken over.. a fall is probably natural to expect, but not that far down, as interest in the share has strengthened, and one can expect a new bid. I believe the turnover on the day they released the acquisition news was around 30 million kroner.. please correct me if I'm wrong. Who is buying and who is selling in this situation? Could it be that «the 4 big ones» have bought all these shares? Could these shares constitute 1 % or 2%? Or are there speculators buying at 8,44, because they believe that 90 % of the shareholders will not want to sell, and that a new bid will come, and they will thus profit from the investment? I sold out ( hope my shares ended up in the right hands)😂 I had gone all in on sikri/spir.. big disappointment when they sold sikri!! And the latest disappointment when they «sold» spir! It wouldn't surprise me if big things happen in spir in the years to come.. I am so disappointed, this was exactly the adventure I wanted to be a part of..
