·5.3.That is correct that there will be some one-off costs in the completion of ERP/ customer front/ webshop in q1. Financial costs of 15 mill in 2025 will be almost gone in 2026. Approximately 20 mill in lower salary expenses and reduced depreciations of 20-30 mill make the cost side look better for 2026 and onwards. It will be exciting going forward to see how the top-line growth develops. The company has made many good improvements and I trust that they will succeed going forward.

Arild Hustad is experienced and has a comprehensive and impressive CV. He also becomes the 12. largest shareholder in Techstep ASA through his company Arisona Holding AS, by subscribing for 458,715 new shares at a price of kr 10.90/share (market price). He invests kr 5 million in Techstep shares, which is incredibly positive. Based on the Kruse Smith model, he pays kr 1,000,000 cash to the company. The balance of kr 4 million is a loan/credit from the company that will be paid later.- ·26.2.It will be exciting with the next report.·26.2.There will probably be some extra work around the implementation of the new ERP system.. they had several management systems before, now they will get one consolidated one, which will be more unified and efficient.
