He owns over 5% of the shares, a little over 50 million, and although they do not represent a huge value right now, they were probably bought at a higher price, and thus represent a relatively large lottery ticket for a private individual.

2.9.·Today's webinar confirms again what we always hear: the breakthrough is just around the corner. Now a large order is mentioned with the distributor SimplyJith, which would of course be positive – if it turns out to be real. The fact that the company is present on paper in several markets should be positive in itself, but the reality is that they are selling virtually nothing. It has been the same story since the first product was launched in May 2022. It is remarkable that sales are still as good as non-existent. China is now mentioned again with an upcoming medical device approval. This is in direct contradiction to what Thygesen told MedWatch in May 2023 – namely that the current product category cannot be approved and that a completely new product is required. And what actually happened to the order for the 1,300 products that were allegedly purchased from Hengtong? Were they ever delivered? I also wonder why there are no independent product reviews from real users – apart from those made by their own employees in India. It is difficult to see how the company will succeed in raising 15 million DKK on the bond market in Bulgaria when there is actually nothing to trade with. The many announcements in recent months have painted a picture of constant zigzag between different strategies in an organization without liquidity and real structure. On the other hand, Thygesen must be praised for still believing in the project and going into it 100%.
