·10.11.Does anyone have an opinion on the Q3 report in 10 days? Was there talk of an uplift of 500,000 barrels at the beginning of November, surely something positive should be said about this? Can any signals about next year's dividend be given already now, or is that to be expected first towards the general meeting next year? Økokrim will probably be the usual with no new news, but that they are cooperating. After a "forewarned" desert wandering, shares still went down towards 10kr before the weekend, the question is whether this was too attractive not to invest even if it's a long time until the next dividend. Assuming the share price will be 12-14 closer to the dividend, this will be a very favorable price to buy at, even if one has to hold for a few months, What do you think? Personally, I have started investing a bit again
·7.11.What the hell kind of legal system do you have in Norway, now ØK/Marianne have had 4 years to figure out they have nothing to go after regarding the investigation, but they keep sticking their heads in the sand. Come forward now and admit you made a mistake.
10.11.10.11.Btw, anybody has a source to link that says that 5 years will be the statute of limitations in this case? From my understanding the prosecution/court can apply this quite flexibly depending on what type of damages were done. Could not find much legal data on this case online. (Heller ikke på norsk web)
·27.10.The company will lift 500,000 barrels in early November, the company is left with about 14-15 million dollars in profit after the sale, so cash holdings will be around 95 million dollars. Book equity is 165 million dollars, which is greater than the MCAP of the company of ~150 million dollars. So fundamentally the company is cheap. Doubtful that you will find oil companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange with better pricing than this.
30.10.30.10.De har også ingen gjeld, så selskapet er litt mer sikret mot nedgangstider enn eks Vår Energi med en del gjeld og er avhengig av høyt utbytte.
