- ·12.2.Will someone explain to me how tax on 2025 dividend should be reported to SKAT. Nordnet has not withheld, so I guess it's up to me to include it in the annual tax return? I understand that the dividend does not come from Norway but from Africa which must mean that there is no possibility to tax claim the difference in high dividend tax (27% dk) against lower in Africa. Can anyone refute/confirm this?) I myself hope for min. 2 kr in the next dividend, preferably more. 🙏.
- ·11.2.Okay - I would like to share my thoughts. The considerations extend beyond short-term prices, as I am not one of the very few people who master the game "day trading". Status: Q3 shows USD 45.9 million cash on hand and zero debt. EBITDA for the first 9 months of 2025 was reported at USD 43.9 million. From press releases, we know that PNOR has withdrawn from the Gambia project (2. Dec 25). 28. Nov 25 PNOR reported a lift of 540,079 bbls at a price/bbls of USD 61.3, which yields USD 33.1 million for Q4. From the 12. Jan 2026 announcement, PNOR reported that average bopd was 4608 for Q4 - BUT exit 2025 bopd was 5400 (that's a 17% increase over average in Q4 - and yes, I know there are some here who were disappointed by this increase - but I find it significant). Upside: Potential upside in the oil price - where every single dollar goes directly to the bottom line. Argument; approximately 100 million bbls/day are used. The Saudis estimate an increase in daily consumption of 1.5 million barrels in 2026. At the same time, there is a probability that Iran's daily export of an estimated 1.5 million barrels will be taken out of the market if the USA intervenes - and China must therefore buy them from elsewhere (Russia?). Furthermore, India has apparently dropped Russian oil imports and must therefore find this on the "legitimate market". According to Q3 and press releases, PNOR, as previously mentioned, states that their production is now stable and they ended 2025 with bopd 5400. If they can maintain that level, it yields about ½ million produced bbls in Q1 2026 alone (or close to 2 million bbls if one dares to use the figure generally for 2026). Together with an expected better oil price than in 2025, there could, in other words, be a probable opportunity for greater revenue in 2026. The revitalization of the Aje field in Nigeria at 25000 boepd will probably only be in play for 2027 - but for the long-term investor, this will also be an opportunity one can calculate (I have not "drilled" down into the details on this). Downside: There is naturally always a risk in a small company with few wells - what the risk premium for this should be, each individual must assess. In addition, there is the Økokrim case - I am not a lawyer or familiar with Norwegian legislation, but I note that PNOR expects to be able to defend itself in court, cf. their statement in the case (don't know if it's just a "reflex statement"). Personally, I am still positive on PNOR - and I myself hold a 5-digit number of shares. I don't have a specific personal target for PNOR, but I generally withdraw from a stock if I don't see a return of at least 25%/year. But I generally look for at least 50% potential (and very gladly 100%+ :-), and gladly take calculated risks that do not border on gambling (except that I just bought a small amount of HIVE Digital Technolegies :-) Are there other perspectives on PNOR - then please share!
- ·11.2.Good development last week, has anyone heard any news/rumors that haven't been published? Very excited about the upcoming q4 report and if they give any concrete info about dividends💰·12.2.I absolutely believe that. But it is of course no longer 100% certain, even though I personally consider it very likely. If there hadn't been question marks about this, the price would certainly have been much higher than it is now
