The total number of shares held by JPMC on 25 September was 16,728,527 being 5.016% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the company. The holding in JPMC crossed a notification threshold of 5% on 25 September 2026. er 2026.\
The only news about the company lately is every time JPM crosses over and under the 5% limit, it is time for some contract news.

Its main application narrative lists six Tier 4 diesel black-start generator sets, six 1,240-gallon diesel tanks, 72 medium-voltage transformers, 136 selective catalytic reduction systems and 176 mobile CNG tanks. Hexagon points out that the X15N expands the addressable market from around 100,000 to 300,000 heavy-duty trucks annually. Energy Vision shows that the extra cost for an RNG-powered Class 8 truck can be recovered in 1.3–2.8 years due to diesel prices. At the same time, no major published X15N orders have come in North America in the last few months. And Cummins is developing its own Type 4 tanks and complete fuel systems. This will likely increase competition and squeeze margins. Hexagon is nevertheless securing new orders in bus and Mobile Pipeline, including a three-year Iveco agreement and the record order from Certarus of around 100 million dollars, with an option for an additional 25 million. Bus and Mobile Pipeline thus give the company multiple growth legs beyond the X15N alone. Moving forward, it will therefore be particularly interesting to monitor new X15N orders and how much Cummins' own Type 4 tanks are actually sold and adopted. This may provide a better picture of how intense the competition against Hexagon will be.
The fact that X15N expands the pie so much suggests that Hexagon will come out well from increased competition as a consequence of Cummins' new tanks and systems. Hex's management seems to be more optimistic than in a long time, so I think there could be a lot of fun ahead.
