- ·29.12.2025So it looks like the gold price has bottomed out. Perhaps a rebound in the price will come even in the last hour..·30.12.2025Regarding the Cabral stock specifically, the price drops we have seen today are very logical when looking at volume and timing. Already at opening, a trade of approx. 125,000 shares was placed, which immediately forced the price down. A little less than two hours later, another large trade of approx. 150,000 shares occurred. These two trades constitute 275,000 out of today's total volume of 435,000. When over 60 % of today's trading is concentrated on two orders in a low-volume market, the price is 100 % controlled by these. In December, we are trading far below the daily average of approx. 315,000 papers. This looks like classic swing-trading (especially after the large volumes on October 16th+17th) and tax optimization leading up to the New Year. There is nothing fundamentally unnatural about these dips – it is pure market mechanics in a stock with low liquidity. Looking at gold in general, the world is hardly becoming safer anytime soon, and demand from industry is rising. Gold has the advantage of being a physical asset. The other "safe havens" that exist are often digital, and they are not safe in the same way as a precious metal in a crisis situation. Unless banks secure a crypto by tying it directly to gold, then digital currencies, in my opinion, are not a safe haven in the true sense of the word. Both, however, are subject to speculation and swing-trading.
- ·24.12.2025So we reached the 80s, the last time was in September 2020. A lot has happened in the last 5 years. What do you think for 2026: How high will we fly now that we also see production? Is there perhaps a sale in sight?·30.12.2025 · MuokattuThank you for your considerations. It is precisely these kinds of nuances that make the debate about Cabral interesting. However, I need to correct the timeline a bit, as it is crucial for the risk analysis: Firstly, it is important to distinguish between regulatory applications and actual production. In Q1 2026, we expect a response to the application for the full mining license, which should enable a doubling of excavation capacity (from 1,500 to 3,000 tpd). This is a huge catalyst, as it raises the ceiling for future earnings. But the actual production and the real cash flow are still not expected until Q4 2026. That brings me back to my point about liquidity and stock split. Even though management delivers on milestones in Q1, it will still be almost a year before the money rolls in. During that period, we are extremely vulnerable to the low volume I mentioned. When two orders can control 60 % of today's volume, as we saw on December 29, it creates a volatility that keeps large institutional investors away. Stock Split vs. Value: You are right that a split does not change the company's fundamental value here and now. But a split is about increasing the 'trading float'. By getting more shares into circulation, it becomes more difficult for swing traders to manipulate the price with relatively small amounts. This creates the stability and liquidity that funds require to even consider a stock of this magnitude. That you call it a luxury problem that you don't dare to buy more, precisely underlines my point. The case is 'too good to be true' on paper, but the price does not reflect it yet, because the market is too thin. I share your great confidence in the management – their ability to secure financing without massive dilution is top-notch. The Board is also filled with experience in various fields. As an additional sign that they are precisely preparing for 'the big investors', we should not forget the recent upgrade of their US listing to OTCQX. It's not just a formal thing. It's a conscious choice to increase transparency and make it significantly easier for American institutional investors and funds to buy in. The OTCQX platform places much higher demands on financial reporting and corporate governance than OTC Pink. This thus confirms my thesis. Management is doing everything right to make the stock 'investable' for the big players. Now we just need the volume to follow, so we can escape these violent fluctuations where individual trades dictate the price. When we reach Q1 2026 with the application for doubling the excavation, and we simultaneously have the improved American access, the foundation is laid for us to move away from being a 'swing-trader playground' and towards a serious valuation leading up to production in Q4. The stock split is coming. Probably between the new PFS and the end of the first quarter where cash flow is generated. Anything else would be very strange.
- ·22.12.2025 · MuokattuNice little mention of Cabral in the millionaire's club today 👍·23.12.2025You are partly right. There is only one Lars. I apologize if I mixed up the two in relation to the anecdote. I listened to two episodes in a row, with today's episode being the last. - 17.12.202517.12.2025Hello Everyone Today we put out a progress update on construction of our Phase 1 heap leach operation at Cuiu Cuiu. This is the first of a series of regular updates that will track our progress in the coming months as we advance towards production. Here are Alan’s thoughts. 1. The focus for the Company since we announced the construction decision on October 16, and the closing of the gold loan on November 25 this year, has been on upgrading the access road between Tocantinzinho and Cuiu Cuiu. This work has involved the widening and grading of our road and has also involved the construction of 10 new bridges. This work is now complete and the mine road will allow us to bring in all of the necessary equipment and supplies 2. We now have 143 employees and contractors on site involved in the construction. A total of 80 people are from the state of Para. This total does not include several members of our team who are off-site, or the Ausenco team who are responsible for the detailed engineering work which is being done in Belo Horizonte. Neither does it include our exploration team of 70 people at Cuiu Cuiu 3. Earthworks on the production plateau are in progress with over 50 pieces of heavy equipment on site, (trucks, excavators, bulldozers, graders etc.). This work is currently 20% complete and proceeding at pace and we are hoping to get the bulk of this work done before the end of this year 4. The earthmoving for the permanent 134 person mine camp is 90% complete. Camp construction will start in January and should be complete by end March. We have also built a concrete batch plant and a workshop 5. Detailed engineering is being conducted by Ausenco and is 26% complete and the procurement of capital items is 65% complete. The most expensive items, the adsorption, desorption and recovery “ADR” plant, and the mineral sizer, are currently being manufactured 6. Exploration aimed at expanding the larger hard rock resource base at Cuiu Cuiu continues at pace. We currently have three drill rigs drilling and this effort will continue during the Stage 1 construction. The focus of the exploration drilling will be extending the MG and Central gold deposits and drilling off the discoveries at Machichie Main, Machichie NE, PDM and J Cima 7. Finally, we have upgraded our US listing from the OTCQB to the OTCQX which should give us more visibility with US investors, particularly institutional investors We’ll be sharing regular videos showing our progress on site. You can watch the first one here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uh_XhRnE1Jc·22.12.2025 · MuokattuYes, there are very strong indications that the overall average will increase. While the large volume of oxide ore will likely remain around 0.50 g/t, the new discoveries, in my opinion, significantly pull the average upwards. Drilling in November 2025 at the PDM target showed 23.3 meters with 4.7 g/t gold (including 1 meter with 91.3 g/t). At Machichie NE, 7 meters with 5.1 g/t gold were reported in the same month. To me, this paints a promising picture of great potential for the underlying gold. The new assessment will ultimately tell much more. In addition, we will then also have more drilling results to consider.
- ·11.12.2025New Crux Investor interview. A lot happening in Cuiu Cuiu. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GcJDXC1hFjo&pp=ugUHEgVlbi1HQg%3D%3D·15.12.2025I had Barrick in mind, but everyone should be interested in a good district with an easy start when the gold price is so high. The more assay results Cabral can get before the new assessment, the better. The new drone will probably be able to scan the district in about three months. This provides a superficial picture of where, and how many belts there are. Then exploratory drilling will be needed for depth, width, and hardrock. Everything seems fine and the gold price is heading in the right direction. So Luiz Celaro is welcome to deliver on time.
