A clever move to relocate the company to Sweden is that when these loans are repaid and new ones are taken out in Swedish Kronor, the interest rate will be significantly lower. This amounts to approximately 15% Rabatt on the loans upon repayment and half the interest cost with approximately 50% Rabatt. Have the short sellers in SBB thought about that, I wonder?

Public Property increases the dividend The real estate company Public Property Invest will at next year's general meeting propose to pay a dividend of one krone per share, which will be paid out in quarterly dividends. At this year's general meeting, dividends of 0.5 kroner per share distributed over the quarters were decided. The increase comes after the massive property acquisition in November.

This is stated in a press release. Public Property started paying quarterly dividends in July 2025. There are two already decided quarterly dividends remaining, each of 0.15 Norwegian kroner per share, where the share is traded ex-dividend on January 2 and April 1, 2026. ·1 päivä sitten · MuokattuSBB can buy back an aggregate principal amount of debt for each series in the December 2025 Dutch auction as determined solely at its discretion, up to the full outstanding amounts (e.g., EUR 359.9m for January 2025 hybrids, EUR 382.5m for December 2025 hybrids, EUR 373.1m for October 2026 hybrids, and similar for senior bonds like EUR 507.9m 2026 Securities) They can buy back SEK 16-17 billion of hybrid bonds. Given that they paid between 30-60% of the nominal value for hybrid bonds in the previous Dutch auction, and that they have approximately SEK 10 billion in cash, I estimate at least SEK 5 billion in profit :)
