- ·6 t sittenThe share price goes up and down over time, constantly in SBB. However, the risk of bankruptcy is now very far away, ALL problems that previously existed in SBB... are now gone!! The CEO and CFO are constantly buying more shares! The next upside, I imagine, will be when SBB gets a better credit rating, and when all analysis firms realize that SBB's problems have been cleaned up. When PPI äl enters the Swedish/larger stock exchange, or when SBB is upgraded to the A-list due to its size. SBB will become Sweden's largest real estate company. Properties will never become cheaper to produce. Wages will never fall, i.e., Wages rents and construction costs will constantly INCREASE!!! BUY the B-share now!!! It will never be cheaper! The transaction with Samlyn Capital LLC will be reviewed, after that review the SBB B share will probably go up to the level it should be at now, around 5.
- ·8 t sittenRead on Avanza forum, regarding the accumulated dividend in the D-share. Someone had read in the articles of association, that what makes the D-share increase so much more than the B-share is based on an incorrect interpretation of the text. The D-share does not automatically accumulate Dividend per year; it accumulates annually only if the board decides on Dividend, which they have not done! Thus, the B-share is a bargain right now, cf. With the D-share.
- ·16 t sittenEveryone who has an endowment policy, occupational pension, private pension insurance, or a capital pension must actively choose NOT to lend out shares to short sellers. It is set by default that one accepts lending out one's shares to the Hedge Funds. I believe many do not know that their own shares are lent out to short sellers in America, which causes the price to be manipulated down. Especially a hedge fund manager Samlyn Capital LLC. Look at the Fi short selling register, and you will see that especially this manager is very heavily positioned with the shorting of SBB, while other managers are thinly positioned. These different funds from this manager probably trade among themselves, i.e., price manipulation. It is illegal if a private individual were to do so. The problem is that perhaps many who save in that way, i.e., via occupational pensions etc., are not active stock investors. And they must be informed that they are contributing to lowering the price for themselves. Perhaps disseminate the information via Social media?·10 t sittenEveryone who has Avanza knows that they do not disclose to their customers which shares they lend out; you get a sum but don't know which shares. Ask yourselves why Avanza doesn't think their customers should know? Contacted Avanza who replied that no customer wished to know. The system is corrupt and how sure can one be that shares are not lent out without one's knowledge? The requirements from Fi are beyond all criticism and the control is accordingly. On one occasion, Nordnet was audited and it turned out that they had lent out more shares than their customers owned (naked short selling). I don't think Nordnet is unique; bankers' earnings take precedence over customer wishes. Naturally, it should be that when customers' shares are lent out, an immediate notification of this should come, plus terms and conditions. Violation would be punished extremely harshly with subsequent prison sentences and hefty fines. Hahaha what a pipe dream. A real investor is not naive but lends out shares, gets the return from the lending, and buys more shares in the same stock. Slowly, the liquidity of free shares to repurchase is drained, and those who have borrowed shares are in a bad position. The problem is that these short sellers first sell at the lowest possible price, which they also buy at, only to sell again at the lowest possible price. Some cooperate in attempts to dump the price via washtrading. There are 335 shares that are shorted, and it's no coincidence that the Stockholm Stock Exchange is lagging. The Stockholm Stock Exchange is a pure paradise for foreign short sellers. The only solution is a European stock exchange and to save the tax money Fi costs by shutting them down. If everyone had been long-term, the short sellers would not have dared to be so aggressive.·7 t sittenI have at least received documented confirmation from Nordnet, via a confirmation email THAT my SBB shares ARE NOT lent out to market manipulators, e.g. Samlyn Capital LLC. ALL of you who don't sort this out with Nordnet, might have to wait a long time before you get back your lent-out shares, if Samlyn Capital LLC goes bankrupt!!
- ·1 päivä sittenWhat do you think are Aker's plans with SBB, PPI and Svea Fastigheter? Aker has bought into all three, and I wonder if they have a larger strategic plan underway. Could it be that Aker wants to consolidate PPI and Svea under SBB again, and then become a dominant owner in a restructured and simplified SBB? Does anyone have thoughts on this or see other possible motives?
- ·1 päivä sittenAn interesting thought is if sbb is liquidated. Then maybe we get 9 kr and the short sellers get badly burned.
