The company is aware that its main investors are exploring opportunities to develop the Amsterdam project and, in the longer term, the planned Rotterdam project using third-party technology. However, there is no guarantee that such a transaction or other strategic solution will be implemented, or that it can secure the company's survival. Based on current liquidity forecasts, the company needs new financing or a successful strategic solution to continue operations after Q3 2026. If it fails to secure financing or implement a strategic solution, the company is expected to become insolvent (go bankrupt). My assessment:. I do not think the half-year report paints a picture that all hope is lost for us remaining investors – even though we are certainly not in the best position. In my opinion, the most positive aspect is that the largest shareholders continue to actively work on finding a solution and do not appear to have given up on the company. I also find it interesting that they continue to work on the projects in Amsterdam and Rotterdam and are willing to use proven third-party technology if it can create value. In my opinion, there is still a real possibility that Pryme will find a solution. However, it largely depends on whether a major asset sale can be completed or a strategic agreement entered into during Q3 2026. Time is short, and if a major sale is not completed or another solution found, the risk of insolvency or bankruptcy is high. I remain optimistic and believe they will find a solution. This is, of course, my personal assessment and not a guarantee of the outcome.
·20.7.I received this answer and they refer to the fact that we can look under unlisted shares When a company is delisted from the stock exchange, you will still be able to see your holding of shares in Pryme in your Nordnet account. Your options for selling change significantly if the share can no longer be traded on the open market. If the company or a third party makes an official purchase offer to the shareholders, you will receive a notification about this directly in your inbox or in your corporate actions on Nordnet, where you can consider the offer. If no purchase offer is made, a sale can only occur if you yourself find a buyer and request a manual transfer of the securities, which incurs administrative fees.- ·20.7.since it is apparently impossible for me to get on discord and find where you are even though I am registered, I wrote to Nordnet. The share can continue to be seen at Nordnet after the delisting, so one can follow along. Whether that benefits or not - well, time will tell. Sad situation to be in.

Do not recommend anyone to buy the stock, but that it automatically becomes worthless upon delisting is wrong. The shares become unlisted and their value is then determined by what they eventually achieve regarding restructuring and value realization. If it becomes kr 0, time will tell…
