·22.12.That thing about people selling after lockup, which is today, is just something that benefits the short sellers, the stock is moving as usual. So far no mass selling. And what was the consequence of this worry? Well, a significantly lower price.
·23.12.What is lockupp?
·18 t sittenThis means that those who owned shares before Hacksaw was listed on the stock exchange earlier this year can now sell their shares. During the period from the listing until December 21st, it was not permitted to sell shares in Hacksaw. Only on December 22nd did selling become permitted. If I remember correctly, this means that shares worth approximately 5 billion kronor, which were previously locked, can now be sold if the owners so wish.
·19.12.I see a large order is out, I bought some. I don't know much about stocks but I know the games they deliver have become extremely popular lately. All players and slotstreamers looking for a bit of volatility play hacksaw games and the trend is growing. Now that we are in December when many play casino at home and the economy is starting to improve around the world in combination with more and more casinos using hacksaw, I look forward to Q4 and Q1. Already have good numbers and it's bound to get better. My favorite game myself is LeCowboy!
·18.12.Apparently I was completely wrong. I don't understand what's happening. Pushed down by the short sellers because they are betting against people selling out at lockup?
·18.12.What I questioned was whether such a low short interest could really be the reason for the price being pressured. If approximately 1/6 of the sales are due to short selling, doesn't that simultaneously mean that the remaining 5/6 have been sold for other reasons?
·18.12.Well, 1/6 is quite a bit, there's also an enormous amount of robot trading 133pcs, 332pcs etc etc, that also becomes a good portion, but I can't rule out that there's been some shorting that has pressured, the rise has always been met with selling pressure, people have probably sold at a loss due to nervousness too. I don't know, we'll see the development during the Christmas holiday season. Still an exciting case, I'm certainly not selling at these levels. Let's hope we get rewarded in the end.
·17.12.When I assume around 20 % revenue growth next year, which then falls by approx. 1 pp annually, as well as EBIT margins of 75 %. Which in my opinion are relatively conservative assumptions, both compared to the YoY growth from last year to this year and what the company itself communicates. With these assumptions, I arrive at a TP of 101 SEK. If the company, however, delivers on the target of 30% YoY revenue growth and manages to maintain EBIT margins around 80 % going forward, my analysis suggests a TP of around 140-150 SEK. The TP here is only based on DCF, and any multiple expansion comes in addition. (don't take this as gospel) I have bought a position here now, as I see that the number of owners on Nordnet is gradually increasing. For me, this signals that the market is starting to notice that the stock has significant price potential from current levels. I am nevertheless hesitant to increase the position, as I cannot fully identify the underlying driving force behind the price drop. See no clear short-term triggers other than the lock-up period that is expiring now. It will be exciting to see if that can contribute to a price increase, I assume that most people holding this stock want to stay on board. Furthermore, I wonder if anyone has any info on when we can expect a dividend? Definitely think it will be a repricing trigger. Please provide input.·17.12.The underlying driver for the decline is most likely the chilling effect in the form of worry that the gambling industry will slowly die out due to PC nonsense, which has been hanging over all gambling stocks for half a year (or more). Governments are doing everything to bully the industry, raising taxes in GBR etc., India's "ban on gambling act" etc. So what one is betting on here is that gambling will continue as long as there is demand, that people want to gamble for their own great pleasure. The alternative is that the whole world will soon become morally sterile and everyone will stop gambling....my bet is that those who believe that are wrong. No matter how wrong some things in the world are, people have shown time and again that they don't care. Truly awful actually, but true.
