The project is a collaboration with Prime Capital AG – acting on behalf of Prime Green Energy Infrastructure Fund II (PGEIF II). Enlight is expected to acquire 51 to 60 percent of the shares in the project, while PGEIF II holds the remaining shares. Project Jupiter is planned to include up to 150 MWp of solar power generation capacity and 2000 MWh of energy storage capacity. The project is supported by a secured grid connection of up to 500 MW and is in an advanced development stage, and is expected to be ready for construction by the end of 2026.
