It's probably more Mali they don't trust. And rightly so. If the government wanted, they could confiscate everything tomorrow. So now that downside risk exists again. More likely, however, that Mali continues to increase its share of the pie over time. But the valuation before this was ridiculously low. That they would completely lose all income from Mali was basically already priced in when it was 4 and lower.
7.8.This is why, if you haven't sold any at the highs in this sector, then you should accumulate at the lows, not sell on hopeful lower lows. When the low is in, this sector rallies 20-30 percent off the lows in days. Likely, you make the mistake and dismiss the rally, then get shut out or pay more to get your stocks back - CLASSIC. I wonder how many people got shut out here. If you don't sell on the highs, buy the lows in a bull market and add to your position and trade those at higher prices. Alot safer strategy in this sector. GL
