17.10.·Telia has decided to extend the acceptance period for the offer. Telia Company is offering SEK 3.25 for each share in Bredband2 in Scandinavia. No commission will be charged. If you wish to accept the offer, your response must be received by the last response date. Payment of the consideration is expected to commence on 2026-02-06. If Bredband2, prior to payment of the consideration in the offer, pays a dividend or makes another transfer of value to its shareholders, the offer consideration will be adjusted accordingly. Adjustment will not be applied in relation to the dividend of SEK 0.05 per share decided by Bredband2's Annual General Meeting on 2025-03-19. Adjustment will also not be applied in relation to the proposed dividend of SEK 0.05 per share proposed to be decided by the company's Extraordinary General Meeting on 2025-09-17. For further information, shareholders are referred to the offer document. The Swedish Competition Authority has informed Telia of the decision to initiate a phase 2 investigation within the framework of the competition review regarding the potential transaction in connection with the offer, which means that the Swedish Competition Authority will not have completed its review of the transaction before the end of the initial acceptance period on 17 October 2025. Telia's assessment is that the Swedish Competition Authority's processing will instead likely be completed no later than the second half of January 2026. Telia has therefore decided to extend the acceptance period for the offer. Apart from the extension of the acceptance period, the terms of the offer are unchanged. Telia has reserved the right to shorten the acceptance period and bring forward the date for payment of consideration and to extend the acceptance period and postpone the date for payment of consideration to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations. Notice of such change to the acceptance period or the time of payment of consideration will be published by Telia through a press release in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
18.10.·I don't think I'll accept the offer, if they're going to wait this long, like 6 months from this summer, I might as well keep them. If the offer goes through, you can still sell your shares at the bid price before the last trading day even if you've declined. They can raise it if they want my shares, this is too low. Plus they could have submitted the application to the Securities and Exchange Commission already this summer, it would have been done by now!- 16.10.16.10.as i understand it, shares bought today are not elgiable for the Telia tender or am i wrong
- 15.10.·The market logic is strange. The price has a slow little spike until the last day before acceptance, when it goes up almost 5%.. What has changed?
14.10.·11% premium to the bid right now. Absolutely crazy that the market is trading down Broadband2 so low. In principle, the market judges the bid to be a failure. In my world, there is more of an 80% probability that it will go through. That's why I have increased further, crazy risk/reward.
15.10.·It would be very strange if Telia cannot reach an agreement with the competition authority. The question is whether Telia will complete the bid even though a decision has not been made by the Competition Authority?
13.10.·Can anyone help me understand where and how I accept the offer? I can't even find the offer in the app
14.10.·I'm starting to seriously consider selling above the market. The price is falling every day... Unfortunately, my gut feeling is not good.
