It's traded for 92k here until 15:09, so it's just a fluctuation. It's also been falling lately. It doesn't take much to go up and down. But it would be nice if some people would buy big and hold. 🙂

Alefarm has just made a deal with Einer Drinks in Norway. Anyone know them? They are supposed to be very big, according to Alefarm. According to Purehelp, the company was founded in 2020 and has 1 employee. https://www.purehelp.no/m/company/details/einerdrinksas/825749942 According to the announcement from Alefarm, the company was established in 2003. Hmmm..... Their website doesn't contain much information. They seem to only sell at Vinmonopolet in Norway. https://www.einerdrinks.com/ Good luck with that distributor. Alefarm has previously sold at Systembolaget in Sweden. A sales outlet that resembles Vinmonopolet. But it seems they don't do that anymore. https://www.systembolaget.se/

In my opinion, this is misinformation from Alefarm. The facts are that this is an agreement with a company that was established in 2020 and in 2024 only had a turnover of T.Skr. 2,085, with a profit of T.Skr. 48 and one employee. The expectations for Alefarm for an increase in turnover are unrealistic regarding this agreement.

How far down do we have to go and are there any of the original founders left in the company? Is the story the same as what I bought into at the IPO? I invested from the start via Norden CEF and thought it all sounded so good with a family-run business with good beers etc. Now a few years have passed where everything looks a bit bleak and sad and the share price has almost gone into the grave and is only surpassed by Novo Nordisk. Thinking of taking shit out of my portfolio as I don't really believe in the case anymore. The loss is big and I can only afford two beers after brokerage etc.

I was also in the IPO, but sold the last of my Alefarm shares in the spring of 2025. When I first became acquainted with Alefarm in September 2020, the company had many good qualities, for example, I saw the location in Greve as a sign of cost awareness, the brewery made really good beers, and was ahead of the curve in terms of using the web shop as a sales channel. But since then, a lot has gone wrong, some due to external factors such as inflation, and others due to internal factors. Inflation meant that raw material prices rose, but since the company was already at the high end in terms of the prices of its beers, it could not let them keep up, and they had perhaps internally gotten used to a high cost level, which was difficult to reduce. Another problem is the product diversification, which exists on several levels; a) they keep launching new beers at such a pace that you as a customer cannot keep up and cannot repurchase the beers that you like. And some that always have to be discounted to get the remaining stock sold, e.g. Mellow (Fruited Kettle Sour) are produced again and again. It's as if there is no control over which beers sell and which don't. b) you introduce e.g. barrel aged beers and spontaneously fermented beers, and thus spread your product focus in such a way that it becomes difficult to become really good at making specific products. Therefore, you easily get the impression that the brewery exists more for the sake of the brewmasters than for the sake of the shareholders and customers, c) you introduced a merchandise shop with many different products, and the board of directors let the then CEO develop social media for beer enthusiasts (there was nothing about that in the prospectus), which was never finished, and which they have now come out of in an expensive way. I actually think that the new CEO has the necessary qualifications, but the question is whether he has enough time and cash flow. Furthermore, it looks from the CVR register as if the founder and his comedian friend are still in power, they at least hold 25%-35% of the votes, while the rest of the shares are probably distributed among many small shareholders.
