Moment Group is too small to be on the stock exchange as it is now. But I have great confidence in Per Taube and Gelba. Among other things, he has built up Steninge in Märsta and Arlanda Stad. Both are valued quite highly on the American stock exchange. In Sweden, there are not many entertainment companies that are listed on the stock exchange. But we do have one and that is Moment Group. Briefly about Moment Group's operations: Moment Grupp is an entertainment and experience company that owns and operates theaters and entertainment restaurants primarily in Sweden but also in the Nordic countries. The company produces musicals and shows. The group currently operates Chinateatern, Intiman, Oscarsteatern, Lorensbergsteatern, The Theatre, Wallmans and Vallarnas friluftsteater in Falkenberg, the company also operates Wallmans, Golden hits, Ballbreaker and Star Bowling. The group also has the ticket booking site Showtic. In addition, it produces large corporate events via Hansen & Minnesota. Moment Group has four business areas 1) Kungsportsgruppen - Starbowling & Ballbreaker. 2) 2Entertain - China, Oscarsteatern, Intiman. Lorensbergsteatern in Gothenburg and Vallarnas Friluftsteater. 3) Wallmansgruppen - Hamburger börs, Wallmans and Cirkus in Copenhagen. 4) Event & Communciations in Hansen and Minnesota. Moment Group's finances: In 2024, the group had a turnover of approximately 1.07 billion and made a loss of 16 million kronor. I estimate that Moment will have a turnover of approximately 1.15 billion and make a profit of 45 million in 2025. Then you have a bond of just under 110 million kronor. With an interest rate of 10 percent, you pay an interest of 11 million per year. Moment Group on the stock exchange: At the time of writing, on October 6, 2025 at 11:00, the stock exchange price is 6.68 kronor. At its highest in 2024 and 2025, Moment has been worth 11.50 kronor and at its lowest just under 5.88 kronor. The market capitalization is 172 million kronor. The company has no dividend. The P/E ratio on my estimated profit is 3.82. Moment is owned by Gelba, a company controlled by financier Per Taube who also owns Arlanda City. He is a billionaire and is in my eyes a strong owner. My comment: Moment Group is a very small company, it is listed on Small cap. Personally, I have a feeling that it is going or has gone a little under the radar of many investors and is also quite unknown to many on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. However, I believe that Moment's shows, musicals, theaters, revues and entertainment establishments are all the more well-known around Sweden. The musical Joyride the Musical will be performed at the China Theatre this fall, Bolera will be performed at Intiman, Trassel will be performed at Oscarsteatern and Magnus Uggla will be performed at Lorenbergsteatern in Gothenburg this spring. All of these are great audience successes and I believe that Moment can surprise in the financial statements for 2025. Personally, I believe that Moment is simply too small to be on the stock exchange. Funds simply cannot own Moment. As someone who likes going to the theatre and musicals, I think it is fun to be a partner in Moment Grupp. I would also like to point out that Moment is dependent on putting on shows, plays and musicals that attract audiences. Minnesota, Hansen, Ballbreaker and Showtic, however, reduce the risk. But I like little Moment. But the risk is high to own the stock.
