We who are more seasoned creators on the platform know that Roblox has always been letting this happen under the table and done absolutely nothing to protect the children, they don’t care because they’re making tens and thousands off of the games the predators are making to exploit them. However this time they terminated the wrong person, and the internet and the creators will not be forgiving. I feel like this could push Roblox to finally take action after ignoring it for all these years and profiting off of it. As a creator on the platform myself I don’t agree with what Roblox is doing against Schlep and therefore would not invest in this for a while for moral and ethical reasons until they get their currently pedophilia supporting management in check. However, should you buy right now? no. Wait until Roblox starts treating their UGC creators good again, they used to give them 70% earnings from their products, now they've nerfed it to 30% and everyone's mad. UGC emotes just came out which is good but they're still mad and unsatisfied with that 30%. Wait until they change that policy, that's probably when you'll see an uptrend back on track again. Secondly.. accessories on the platform are insanely expensive right now, Roblox is milking their users and they're not spending in retaliation. sooo... 1. Stay sharp on catalog accessory prices, youtubers yap about it all the time. When they'll go down more users will be spending on the platform causing uptrends. 2. Wait until they stop doing their UGC creators dirty, Roblox will soon realize the damage they have done. Creators will not upload items for insane prices just to get 30% worth their hard work to get cut for 30% AGAIN when they use the developer exchange to get their hard earned money, creators earn 0.8 cents per DOLLAR for their hard work right now which is absolutely atrocious. Bad UGC policies = Creators will stop uploading items = no items uploaded = Roblox does not generate income. Eventually Roblox will snap back to find middle ground, give it 2-4 weeks. Should you buy if you want to invest long term? yes. Take advantage of the sales you'll see the upcoming week or two. I wouldn't be surprised if Roblox would reach 180-200USD by the end of the year with the insane pace the platform is evolving with.
