·24.10.It would be exciting to hear how WindowMaster has obtained value for the 550,000 kr that has been annually injected into AGF as a sponsorship? AGF has decided to terminate the sponsorship collaboration with WindowMaster International A/S. The decision is due to the fact that Oscar Boyter, as a representative for WindowMaster, has linked the company's involvement in AGF to the debate on pyrotechnics by postulating that the sponsorship should cover AGF's fines for pyrotechnics, and that a sharpened effort by AGF against pyrotechnics would have consequences for the continuation of the sponsorship. The claim that the sponsorship should cover AGF's fines has no basis in reality and is also completely incompatible with AGF's views and values. Therefore, AGF is now ending the collaboration with WindowMaster. AGF's chairman of the board Lars Fournais has for the same reasons chosen to resign as chairman of the board of WindowMaster International A/S with immediate effect. - The course of events is unacceptable to AGF and to me personally, as chairman of the board in both companies. There must be no doubt about where AGF or I stand on the issue of pyrotechnics. We strongly distance ourselves from pyrotechnics in football. I repeat what we have said many times: It is illegal and harmful to our club and to Danish football, says Lars Fournais
·23.10.What a lot of money we as shareholders save on the cancelled sponsorship for AGF !! A gold partnership costs DKK 550,000 a year !! The value of this sponsorship has been very doubtful !! it has been driven solely by Mogens Boyter's love for football and AGF.
The burning question is what WM has gotten out of a sponsorship, besides match tickets to the lounge. Most reference cases WM has on its website are abroad and here it is doubtful whether marketing with AGF is worth much. It may, however, have a value in terms of attracting employees locally in Aarhus. It will be interesting to see the 2026 financial statements. 2024 to 2025 is not exactly uplifting reading and the correction in expected EBITDA growth for 2026 (company announcement on 26 March 2026) seems to me overly optimistic. Basically, I also don't understand the rally in the share price that occurred in the period March 24 to May 25. Disclaimer: I have looked at WM in connection with looking for 1-2 First North companies for my free investment portfolio. I have chosen not to invest.

Hurrah, things are going great here on Nasdaq First North....Oscar has my full support. What is football without pyro? It just belongs and creates atmosphere. It will be good to get a new bf.

The order includes the control system NV Advance® and will cover 105 ventilation zones, which will be controlled by 22 MotorControllers. The system will control all of the building's natural ventilation based on CO₂ level and temperature, and will also handle thermal smoke ventilation. The problem is the informational value in "larger order". Apart from it being over 1 mio..!!! Compared to an annual revenue of 300 mio, it doesn't say all that much.. So WM should graduate their order announcements into categories going forward. E.g. 1 - 5 mio 5-10 mio Greater than 10 mio. Then we have a better opportunity to assess the significance. Other companies use this method, WM should do that too !!!
·29.9.Interesting announcement from WindowMaster, which has just been released. Two things: 1) The company is starting to look for a new CFO, even though the current CFO will continue in the company at least until the end of September 2027. What is very interesting here, in my view, is that WindowMaster is seeking a different CFO profile with the aim of moving the share to the main exchange and thus away from First North. This is something some of us have been yearning for over several years. I therefore think it is a solid signal that WindowMaster takes the ambition of a listing on the main exchange seriously. That is fine. 2) At the end of the announcement, WindowMaster states that the company maintains its expectations for 2026. Also fine in case there might have been uncertainty on that account. WindowMaster has, after all, been a bit shaky on that account from time to time, so I also find this signal positive. All in all, a quite positive announcement from WindowMaster. They just need to get over to the main exchange as quickly as possible, where there is greater attention and hopefully also the possibility of a better valuation. I thus believe that WindowMaster, as a sort of offshoot of CleanTech, has something to offer investors - and something which, in my opinion, does not get enough love on First North.Yes they believe in a turnaround in 2027 !! what else are they supposed to say !?!?!, if not, then the share price would probably be at 500-600... Yes I follow more than just the share price and have quite a few shares... By the way, I think it's a bit "strange" resignation.. With such a long notice period.!! It gives me reason to air another theory !! Is VM and the main shareholder actually in the process of a sales process where they are selling the whole company... After all, there's no need for 2 CFO's in a continuing company !!!. I'm starting to believe more and more in that theory !!
