Many have asked the same, so here are the answers to your questions: What does it actually mean for all of us who have already subscribed? - Your subscriptions are still valid, and you don't need to do anything. We have extended the subscription period because we are in dialogue with several investors and lenders, whom we want to give time to join. Nordnet has closed for new subscriptions, but your subscriptions have been forwarded to Nordea. Will we receive our shares at the end of September instead? - Yes, the expectation is that the shares will be delivered after the extended subscription period, i.e., at the end of September. First, they will appear in your custody account under a temporary ISIN code. When the capital increase is registered with Erhvervsstyrelsen, they will be transferred to the ordinary Mendole share on Spotlight, and then they can be traded. Will we receive all the shares we subscribed for or probably a little less? - The issue is not oversubscribed, so we expect everyone to receive the shares they subscribed for. ·11.9.Mendole apparently has difficulty selling their new shares to the larger investors - extends the sales period by 14 days. However, this does not apply through Nordnet - here, subscription is closed.
They will probably open again, as they need to get the last hopeful ones in the next 14 days. It will be IngeniørGruppen no. 2 with a high offer price and then a massive fall afterwards, Mendole has not developed positively in the 11 months they have been publicly traded, and it will therefore surely be the same development going forward.
