(Unless you want to add to your long part of the portfolio.) What kind of company is Mendole? It is a Danish service and installation company that operates in the market for commercial properties and industrial buildings and is STRONGLY focused on growth through the acquisition of other companies. Although the company is young – founded in 2023 with headquarters in Hedehusene on Zealand – it has a clear strategy to become a total supplier to the professional property market and aims to increase its revenue from around 100 million annually to 500 million in 2028. What does the company do? Today, Mendole primarily focuses on four core areas that ensure buildings' operation and energy efficiency: Roofing solutions: Everything from laying new roofs to ongoing maintenance of existing roof surfaces. Energy services: Optimization of buildings' energy consumption. Electrical installations: Professional electrical solutions for businesses. LED lighting: Implementation of energy-saving lighting solutions. Growth strategy and future prospects: What makes Mendole interesting for an investor, as I see it, is their ambition to expand significantly. The company plans to expand into several technical disciplines, including: HVAC/ventilation: Indoor climate and heating control. A sejtrækker/slow runner that will surely reach its goals without any major volatility in the stock price and therefore certainly not a good choice for day traders and other short-term investors, but I believe in it and have bought a small amount myself at the listing.
