- ·1 t sittenThings I'm particularly watching towards the quarterly report (notes to self.): 1. Expansion of offerings, especially in the Netherlands, which I think they are succeeding quite well with - they need to strike now to achieve a strong network effect. 2. Expansion and penetration in Germany. It's a difficult market, and they need to cover a lot to gain critical mass. Currently, they have a low utilization rate, it needs to go up. However, it's a gamble and I don't know enough about the competitive situation - I do think that Germany is the reason the overall utilization rate fell last time. What do they expect in terms of further investments here? 3. It would be interesting to see more figures on their mature fleet - i.e., excluding new fleet and expansion. As well as distributed by partner type. 4. Comments and communication about competition - especially Sweden/Norway/Denmark. It would be sad to see Freetrailer lose more partners - after all, they are the ones who create the network effect - they are the key and we probably won't get any real insights into this, even though it would be interesting to know. At the same time, I would like to see figures for active users and not just registered ones. 5. Costs / Cash flow and EBIT - especially expansion and maintenance and extraordinary items such as investments and lease depreciation. I welcome expansion, but not surprises like in the last Q-report - can we get some normalization? Is it simultaneously the market expansion in Germany and the Netherlands here that shows it requires more than just an asset-light model driven by reinvesting its cash flow. That must otherwise create an unparalleled workload. What are you others looking towards?1. We know factually that Holland is completely stalled, so you can well drop that. 2. Yes, that is correct, it is Germany's fault. With the rollout of +200 Dehner trailers, the trend will continue. But investments continue in the future strategy, where it is hoped that when there are enough trailers at some point, Germany can start to show better rates. It is a difficult and expensive market to win in, but Freetrailer goes all in. That is the story one as an investor should buy into. 3. You probably won't get this. What knowledge are you missing? 4. There will hardly be more here that we don't already know. There is competition and it has increased, but competition is healthy. You win some, you lose some. Freetrailer grows per fleet almost 30%. There is plenty of room for more in the market. 5. The only items we get are Cost for raw materials and depreciation = leasing costs. I don't think I understand what you're writing. What I myself am looking for: 1. Is there a plan for NL and getting it back on track regarding new sales. 2. Is there confidence that the investments in DE will bear fruit. 3. Will there be an adjustment of EBIT. I can only see that there must be. 4. How will the price regulations in SE take effect. 5. How is the rental development in DE. 6. Is there a pipeline in DK, where more trailers are really needed. 7. What is the plan for new hires. 6. How have costs developed in the quarter.
- ·6 t sittenthen comes the usual rise, which the opportunists quickly sell down again, and then we're back around 50 again and again; it just never moves on.
- ·6 t sitten · MuokattuImpressive traffic figures! Much better than expected! And first time over 200,000 rentals! - 211,965 🙂 Where did all those rentals come from? - impressed. Had personally expected 192,000-195,000 rentals! --- Freetrailer sets a record with over 200,000 rentals in one month and now has more than 7,500 trailers in the market Freetrailer Group A/S reached a new milestone in July 2026 with 211,965 rentals in one month. This corresponds to a growth of 21.6% compared to July 2025 and marks the strongest month to date in the company's history The growth is broadly based across all five markets, where summer always brings high activity and thus good rental frequencies. For the month of July, we thus achieved a total rental frequency of 92.0%. Earlier this year, Freetrailer communicated a goal of reaching 7,500 trailers by the end of summer. We have reached this goal with 7,590 trailers by the end of July, corresponding to an increase of 1,653 trailers or 27.8% compared to the previous year, which underlines a continuously high demand for Freetrailer's rental products both among existing partners and through the rollout of new locations.
- ·30.7. · MuokattuRegarding Freetrailer's competitor, it has the private equity fund Storskogen Group backing it. Storskogen itself has a decent amount of capital. BUT, if you look at the share price of "Storskogen B" (see on Nordnet), it's not a company one would cheer for as a shareholder, I wouldn't be there. Share price drop 1 year - 11.44%, 3 years - 2.85%, Max drop from 2021 - 72.63% Dividend 0.11 sek per share = Approx. 0.075 kr in Danish (7.5 øre) (Direct yield 1.09%) I am not impressed Storskogen is listed on the Swedish stock exchange Stockholm
- ·30.7. · MuokattuStorskogen Group acquired in 2021 the originally Swedish-owned private company "Brenderup Group". The company "Storskogen Group" consists of both small and medium-sized companies that have been acquired. The share price tells a bit about how the company is doing/being run, I am not particularly impressed. In 2014, "Thule Group" sold off the Brenderup trailer division, after owning it for a number of years. The private equity fund "Storskogen Group" has from Oct. 2021 until today lost 48 billion SEK in company value. At that time (Oct 2021) value 62 billion SEK. Today only 14 billion remain, what a company, HURRAY. One of the top investors has just chosen to "abandon ship" and get their money out.
