·7 t sitten · MuokattuWell, it's a bit like being a master craftsman. Customers leave / new ones arrive, completely normal in "all" industries. A shame when it's one of the big ones saying goodbye. Conversely, if you only earn "few" money THERE, it doesn't really matter that much. Anyway, everyone wants to be big = prestige, so of course it's an unfortunate situation one tries to avoid. BUT life goes on, those of us with many shares, I think, take it calmly and look forward to the next year or so and what this may bring. So no panic from here

I am naturally incredibly sorry about this, because all partners are important to Freetrailer. The agreement with Byggmax is 4 years old and was entered into at a time when the build-up of Sweden was in focus. Today we are in a completely different place with a healthy, Swedish business 🇸🇪. Byggmax, with 547 trailers at 137 locations, is a good partner, but unfortunately with a rental frequency below the Swedish average, and an even worse earning. We presented a very competitive offer, where we were sure that if we didn't win, the next provider would lose money on the agreement💸. We don't want that, and you can also buy business too expensively (ok in the short term, but it must be sustainable over the contract period). The termination does not affect our guidance for 2026 📈. And since Byggmax accounts for about 3% of revenue, it will have a limited effect in 2027, where we are expected to continue the impressive double-digit growth rates. It's a nightmare of a logistics project for the organization, but with limited impact on the business. The contract expires February 28, 2027, i.e., in 9 months. So we have 9 months to optimize the Swedish business towards a "Salling-case" (where we managed to move users with pick-ups to new locations), just as there are expected to be other larger Swedish partners who would like to have 117,000 rentals 😊 I'm sorry to put a damper on things, but choose to be up-front here in the forum. And hey - you saw in the Q1 and April traffic figures that both sales and rentals are gaining momentum, just as Freetrailer is a healthy and strong business, so we hope for your continued support
