·22.12.2025 · MuokattuThey can very well declare themselves bankrupt, the shell can nevertheless be taken over by others who want a stock exchange listing. It costs quite a lot of money to go public. Should they not go bankrupt, it might be something for Oncoinvent with the carried forward losses PCI has.
·27.10.2025Now it's mostly whether they might be able to sell the company with a loss carried forward or the stock exchange shell, I guess? Then there could be a significant value here, I guess? I imagine that someone has said that the stock exchange shell could be worth about 40 million SEK (I'm not sure about that myself)? MCAP is now about 11.2 million SEK, it seems. That could lead to a significant jump in value. So here it could perhaps take off a little? Or what do you think?·3.11.2025Advantages: Low MCAP, is on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Has the potential to swing wildly. Cf. other cases - admittedly in completely different segments - like EAM Solar. Disadvantages: Is hanging on a possibility, which probably means clarification soon whether it will be delisted or retained. That is also perhaps the difference from other cases. Some cases keep going despite resistance. E.g., losses in court, fines, etc., but then the companies choose to continue for principled reasons, or they see an opportunity to miraculously recover the money they have lost, and the clarifications are pending, so they still manage to keep it going. Here, that is apparently not the case. So it's a coin toss, I'd say. If you hit it right, it can go very well. ·3.11.2025Have over 99% loss and it's a six-figure amount so I'm holding. There is so little value left in what I own that if I lose everything we're talking about a good flashe whisky, while the upside is enormous (just 5% up would be wild).
