·2 t sittenIt seems like the air has gone out of EAM for a while now. The next big thing is Nordic Financials which owns 3% of Gold Road. They are listed on Euronext Growth on or around July 1st where NOFIN's 3% share is worth approximately as much as its own market value, i.e. 100% upside.
·3 t sitten · MuokattuI personally would never have bought this share for over 1 krone to participate in a share issue at 0,50 kroner. The reason is that, in my assessment, the company is struggling significantly financially. They have very limited revenues and are largely dependent on share issues and the hope of prevailing in various legal proceedings. The company has been involved in lawsuits for over ten years without having achieved significant financial gains, while the proceedings have incurred significant costs. Now it seems they plan to put forward new claims or applications in the first instance, which again could take several years to clarify. Based on this, I believe the share price could fall further, and it would not surprise me if it approaches 0,50 kroner in the coming weeks. However, this is only my personal assessment, and you must do your own analyses and make your own investment decisions. Also be careful with people who promise large gains or paint an unrealistically positive picture of the company. Such claims should always be critically evaluated.
