·2 päivää sittenIt's really quiet in here. Is the company perhaps negotiating new credit facilities and divestments? It's really worrying that it's dragging on and that the "small" adjustment can take so long. That could well smell of a proper crash when the news breaks.
·27.5.It really needs to pick up speed soon, 6 weeks ago they rejected a bid of 41 EUR so others value the company to be worth at least that and since they rejected it, they themselves must value it to be worth even more ??? so management, step up now and get us up to around 50 EUR and then get some bigger bids ( a year ago they were offered around 90 EUR but they couldn't get their act together and now we are here last time there were 3-4 suitors for the case so there's interest out there hold out, I'm doing it myself :-)·1.6.Would now prefer there to be a clarification on the accounting matter, and one can hardly deny that this outstanding case has affected management's rejection of a sale, and it is almost unthinkable that a buyer would not take circumstances into account in a purchase process when the red flags are raised?
