It's pure lottery and very high risk. Be careful out there. Do you know the story of Noridisk Fjer? 100 years of history but just 10 years with fictitious inflated figures led to total annihilation of the shareholders' investment.

Everyone is allowed to analyze a company, even if they don't own shares in it. The risk is, of course, high when the financial statements for the year 2024 have been accused by the authorities of illegal accounting practices. Gerresheimer has allegedly included an order from 2025 in the 2024 financial statements, which constitutes "a few percent of the annual revenue". This order has artificially increased revenue in the 2024 financial statements and made the statements look "better" than they actually were. Gerresheimer is taking the situation seriously and is working diligently with the authorities to clarify the situation. Whether it was a mistake or a conscious decision, we do not know yet. Regardless, this single order does not constitute a particularly large part of the revenue and will not have a particularly large impact on the then-current earnings. The error could well result in a fine, the amount of which I do not know how high it could be. If they find more than this one error, and perhaps further errors in Gerresheimer's accounting practices, it could become more expensive and have greater consequences.
