·24.9.Increased energy surcharge from 1 October 2026 The rising oil and energy prices continue to affect our distribution costs. Therefore, we are raising our oil surcharge by an additional 15kr to 129kr per delivery from 1 Oct 2026 When the diesel price drops below kr.14.70 per litre incl. VAT again, we will reduce the energy surcharge again. Best regards Solar Danmark A/S
Just for info, Solar has external hauliers driving for them, and they use DHL as their main transporter. But of course their costs have risen on the transport side, and it is very normal to pass that expense on to customers. In my company, we also use a diesel surcharge, otherwise we are all going to go bankrupt soon.- ·11.9.Solar is now so cheap that some are talking about them suddenly being in a takeover situation, if someone wants to buy the company.
Yes, but they have 50% of the voting rights since they have both a and b shares. You can only trade the b shares. Maybe you know the family, but generally speaking it is a difficult case.

Congratulations on that, take the profit, there will be plenty of opportunity to buy them back at a lower price.
