Hynion has today entered into a settlement agreement with the Swedish credit investor Bizcap AB and associated co-investors. The settlement agreement is bound by confidentiality measures. Hynion has also reached an agreement with Eminova Fondkomission AB with regard to debt owed by the Company. Following these agreements a successful restructuring is expected to be concluded.
