If the enterprise has not rectified the situation by the expiry of the deadline, the district court will be notified that the conditions for compulsory liquidation are met. These are for NOK 405.643 to KIWO AS and NOK 387.332 to Swedish Eminova Partners Corporate Finance AB. So, that probably means all liquid assets Hynion had are now locked, and all credit possibilities are gone. In addition to these two distraint liens, a total of 50 debt collection cases have been registered against Hynion. So sell while someone still wants to give 2 øre per share.
