It's worth mentioning that last time it was under 0.4 and dropped to exactly 0.3, I would argue that the gap at 0.32 acted as a magnet, this no longer exists. If one looks at the weekly and monthly charts, this can also indicate a trend shift, as well as more buying interest generally in the last two weeks. There is an expectation of news, so I think it's more about whether one wants to be in before or after, naturally this presupposes that one believes in what nbx is working on : ) No definitive answer, just my own interpretation! ·14 t sitten · MuokattuThe Flip deal is actually quite interesting when looking at the valuation. NBX paid 4.4 mill. for 50%, which values the entire Flip at around 8.8 mill. kroner. For a company with that type of international option and possible exposure to crypto payments, wallet, and larger markets outside Norway, it doesn't look particularly expensive. What is difficult to assess is why they got it at that price. Is it because the case is still very early? Is it because the revenues are not visible yet? Or is it simply a very good strategic acquisition by NBX? What I note is that the latest signals from NBX/Flip point more towards abroad than Norway. That is also where the volumes are larger, and where the probability of consolidation in my view is higher. At the same time, one must be honest: we have not yet seen any real proof of revenues here. So far, this is largely a strategic consideration and a positioning for something bigger. Precisely for this reason, today's market price can be relatively cheap, if this actually starts to materialize. The potential is there. The question is just when the market gets something more tangible to price in. Do we reap the fruits before or after the holiday? That remains to be seen.
