If I understand correctly, RT buys some shares 1mill. usd while Hilbert draws 2 mill USD on 2tranche of convertible rights - at the same time Helena converts 1million of 1. tranche at today's prices - same as RT? So Hilbert gets a bit more cash. Then RT is probably in an insider pos. until news comes out and he can start buying. The last fantastic profitable purchase was met with a yawn and this Hilbert deal was h j o totally misunderstood - Happy New Year Hilbert

This is a qualitatively good financing The right type of investors with management and institutional,Low short-term dilution,Structured growth capital, not crisis financing The next step must be concrete results, revenues, contracts, AUM, and not least margins. If there are more similar rounds without operational progress, the case will be weakened, I would say. They probably have to show results soon.

the price wasn't quite as we had hoped, and most predictions have been put to shame in 2025🤷‍♂️ I myself believed in around 20/25 sek. Now we are entering a new exciting year, and many triggers are waiting. Where will the price be on 1 January 2027 ? Let's have an informal guessing competition. Happy New Year everyone. 💫💥

It's a bit annoying that RT's purchase is delayed..I think he has already bought some (that it has already happened but not reported I don't really know how) but not even close to 25M. If you think about why we are waiting for RT, is it because we want him to drive up the price or because we want to see that he really buys, i.e., that he believes in the company. THERE is no doubt about it…he will buy, the question is just when. And regarding the price…I do want the price to go up but I also realize that expansion costs..if not money..then it costs shares. If you just think back 9 months…then we had: - V1, V30, V100 - Coin360 Since then we have: - LRC, incl Basis+ etc - RT - Syntetika - Lilic - Nordark - Morris - US listing on the way - Enigma Etc etc etc It is an ENORMOUS amount that has happened in 9 months…excuse the expression…a small insignificant unknown company with 2-3 funds without AUM. Now we are suddenly talking about a future global company..biggest in Europe…listed in USA!!! Not First North, not OMX..but USA!!! Everything…absolutely everything is done right within Hilbert…then things take time..more time than one thought (e.g. Xapo) but they are building a comprehensive global player here…so damn well planned!! I have been involved since 2021…and I will be honest: we are going completely the right way..everything is going right!! It is 2026 when it will take off!! If it doesn't (1-2% risk due to e.g. bear market) during 2026 then I will really wonder “Have I misunderstood everything?” 😀 but that probability is minimal… My patience is poor, I want things to happen NOW!!! But my conviction has never changed!! This will be fantastically good!! 🚀🚀🚀

It is probably the case that HG must be listed on the main list before a US listing can happen? Just that will give HG a bit of air under its wings.
