Haven't really kept up, but offhand: HCS82 holds 46 percent of the shares, and the chairman himself holds 11 percent, so he expects the delisting to be voted through at the extraordinary general meeting on Friday, January 16. A good guess would then be that they offer all other investors to buy their shares at some fixed price. If one says no to that, one will probably end up with unlisted shares in the company. They are typically somewhat harder to sell, as one first has to find someone who wants to buy. But ... that's all speculation on my part.

They are pigs when they do a capital increase, and shortly after don't have money for 3 months' operation and want to delist the share. They push the small private investors out of the stock, and existing shareholders buy up with a huge discount.

So it's probably game over...or very close to it. This mysterious venture should never have been on the stock exchange. It harms the stock culture.
