The results come after President Donald Trump recently criticized American defense suppliers for spending too little on weapons production and too much on dividends to shareholders. Trump specifically pointed to RTX as "least responsive" to the Pentagon's needs and threatened to stop cooperation with the company. Trump has also demanded that the American defense budget be increased by around 50 percent to 1.5 trillion dollars. The RTX stock has risen a full 55 percent over the last year. Defense industry group Northrop Grumman is down 1.8 percent in pre-market trading after having announced disappointing outlooks. The company forecasts an adjusted earnings per share of between 27.40 and 27.90 dollars for the full year. That is lower than analysts' expectation of 28.96 dollars, according to Bloomberg. At the same time, Northrop Grumman expects sales of between 43.5 and 44 billion dollars this year. Analysts had expected 44.14 billion dollars. Despite the weak forecast, the company delivered strong figures for the fourth quarter. The adjusted earnings per share came in at 7.23 dollars, which was better than expected. Free cash flow increased by a full 84 percent to 3.24 billion dollars in the fourth quarter. The company's order book ended at 95.68 billion dollars.

My claim is that Kitron is not priced correctly. Kitron is absolutely crucial for KOG to grow fast enough and will surely get more contracts related to system integration and assembly in the new facility in Arendal of 7500M2.
