"We continue to argue that Kitron's structural growth outlook and margin expansion warrant a premium valuation against peers, especially given the exposure to the rapidly growing defense industry. Thanks to a strong balance sheet, we see potential for further M&A in 2026", writes the brokerage.

At this level, one has also included a contract for 100MNOK EURO Oct 20th which is now completely priced out of the share price after first a rally, but now sunk to the same level.

The combo with Delta Nordic and Kitron makes the opportunities significantly larger towards the Swedish defense industry which is in a good flow with among other things recent and significant contracts within aircraft / submarine.

·4 t sitten · MuokattuYanmarin, I have previously been invested in KIT (got to go from 28 to 53 kr). This year, the main focus is to increase cash holdings; a "steal" must appear for me to burn powder. I believe I wrote 4-12 quarters and I am not bothered by FOMO. KIT is to a small extent a defense stock in 2025 and some of the defense upside has already been taken out, in my book.
