The operating margin (EBIT) landed at 9.4 %, which is above the strategic target of 9 %. Management has guided towards the upper half of its estimates for the year.Based on market sentiment, strong defense orders, and historical volatility around report days, the probability of movements on July 10 can be estimated as follows: 60 % probability of an UP break (Price: 115 – 120 kr) Why: The defense sector (especially the connection to Kongsberg Gruppen) has extremely strong tailwinds right now, and the order book provides a solid backbone. If they manage to show just slightly better margins than in Q1, buyers will flock to the stock after a long period of sideways consolidation. 30 % probability of a DOWN break (Price: 98 – 102 kr) Why: If margin pressure from training the 1,000 new employees and any component delays has hit harder than expected, the market will punish the stock short-term. 10 % probability of a FLAT outcome (Price: 105 – 110 kr) Why: That the numbers hit the bullseye on analysts' expectations (around 9.2–9.4 % margin), and that the stock continues in the same boring, sideways channel as today.
