They have thus passed the legally mandated threshold of 5 %, and are therefore obliged to report this to the market. This is a so-called Major Shareholding Disclosure – a reporting obligation, not news about the company's operations. For you as a shareholder, this means: ✅ One of the world's largest asset managers has built up a significant position in Kitron. ✅ It can be interpreted that they believe in the company in the long term

Kitron has fallen sharply several times after earnings releases in recent years.
·10 t sittenValuation of Kitron: With a P/E of 34 and an EPS for year 2025 of 2,5kr per share, the price is on the high side. For 2026, the EPS estimate is 4kr per share, so 100 - 110kr is fair value. Other thoughts on the valuation……….??
·13 t sitten · MuokattuThe stock is too low. One must take time to look a bit ahead and not just give away the stock to people who see this and have time to wait. There are many in the forum here who just talk down the stock to get a good entry and good profit.
Must say that many of the contributions and thoughts on stocks in this forum do not impress me. Far too much negative talk and nonsense. Sorry - but that's the general impression one gets. It must also be said that several make a wholehearted attempt to balance and come with constructive input .. but .. there's too much of the other stuff for it to manage to raise the seriousness it should have had. Many will surely be provoked by what I write - but I can handle that and will not comment further.
