Following someone else's post with some criticism of insider share sales (Perhaps a bit unjustified for a small amount), I nevertheless chose to dig into how many shares the board owns. I also read through the entire annual report again, to see if I had overlooked it. But that is not the case. One can only read through all the previous company announcements to infer it. My immediate conclusion is that Carsten Drachmann must be the one who is also CEO at Gomspace, and many other things. The 70.000 kr he has sold for in total, must truly be peanuts. Therefore, I chose to contact RTX 's IR. And I didn't get wiser on my endeavor, but I did, however, receive a very long and comprehensive reply from Mille Tram Lux. But just as I have done in many other small listed companies, I at least drew attention to how much signaling value insider transactions have for private investors and whether they are significantly invested. I will not publish her entire email without her being prepared, but here is the most important excerpt: "We are aware that the market often attaches importance to transactions made by the board and executive management, but it is also important to emphasize that such transactions can occur for many different private and personal reasons. Thank you for making us aware of the private investor's perspective – it is much appreciated and I will pass it on internally at RTX. Should you have further questions, you are very welcome to contact us again"

The "downturn" from 118-115 ish started after the first insider sale by Peter Christensen in early February - small stocks like this are vulnerable to insider sales, even if they are small amounts. Insiders should focus more on this, especially when they sell for what I would call ridiculous amounts.- ·9.2. · MuokattuBoard member Carsten Dragchmann apparently lacked money for the winter holiday in Lalandia and therefore sold shares for 11.960,- - Come on RTX - what kind of people do you have on the board? - and do you sometimes talk about what signals you are sending?
·29.1.Just attended the General Meeting at RTX and that certainly shouldn't lead to a share price drop, rather the opposite. No dividend, but a share buyback program of 20 million and an equity of approx. 350 million. I don't see what could trigger a share price drop, apart from the dollar exchange rate.
·3.2.The news yesterday 14.58 here on the page·3.2. · MuokattuOkay, sorry, I can see the head of communications has sold for a mill. It's not the first time he ruins the share price and that naturally has a certain negative effect. I myself have put in 1200.- ·29.1.Proaudio, where professional audio solutions are developed for, among others, defense and emergency services, as well as wireless microphones, showed a solid result in the quarter based on both good momentum for key customers and positive impact from the timing of deliveries. -I am really excited to see if this segment will develop faster in the coming period.
·2.2.I think it looks sensible with RTX, but the Q1 result is a "non-event" and a very small quarter. Therefore, it will probably now be 3 months before significant news comes again, and some impatient investors might decide to sell off a bit for that reason. But I'm quite sure they are on track, and I believe in upward revisions of guidance during the year. I will listen in on their conference call tomorrow at 10.00. - ·23.1. · MuokattuWhen one looks at the news from yesterday and this morning vs. the news from November 27th, a "minus" has just crept in front of the 0-30 million that the result is expected to be. Is that perhaps a typo?
