·17 t sittenWonder how much patience Novo has with NNIT... Do they lose patience and realize that NNIT would fit better with another owner ?? !! A merger with another company is probably the most obvious, but even though NOVO is not known for selling, it is certainly also a possibility, as it is by no means a core business !!
·1 päivä sittenIs NNIT an upcoming bankruptcy estate, a takeover candidate, or a turnaround case? Since the IPO in March 2015, the price has never been lower than the current 38. It's unbelievable how the share just keeps falling and falling, seemingly without end or bottom. The company's market capitalization is now approx. 950 mill. DKK. The Novo Group owns 51% of all shares, Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker approx. 6% and the investment fund Polaris some percentages, which they acquired in summer 2024 at probably around price 100 in the hope of an impending merger with an acquiring company. That acquisition just never happened. Since then, the price has just plummeted downwards, and a turnaround does not seem imminent, as one doesn't really hear anything from the company's management about it. What might the company's future prospects be? A definite bankruptcy is probably hardly possible with Novo as the main shareholder?

So a buyer appeared on the scene…..I wonder if the deadlock is about to end? We'll see :) I'd like to see the price up to 45+ before I believe anything :)
