·17 min sittenTechnical analysis of Cbrain. The stock started selling off in August last year and has largely been selling off since then. It is below all the moving averages, 20, 50, 100 and 200, which also indicates that it is selling off. Pure common sense dictates that you want a stock that is above its moving averages. RSI = Relative Strength Index which also tells something about a stock, you typically want it above 50. If it is above 70, it means that a stock is overbought and will likely experience a pullback. If a stock is below 30, it means that the stock is oversold - meaning that the stock has been sold off too heavily. A stock can be both above 70 and below 30 for a long time. On December 19, Cbrain went below 30 and incredibly enough remained below until February 17, when it was at 18, which is unprecedentedly low. Overall, it can hardly get any worse. Normally, I would stay far away from such a stock, and I haven't been in Cbrain since the 220s when I sold. As a TA trader, I constantly try to look at charts and find the right entry and exit, and I am faaaar from flawless. I have chosen to buy in here despite all of the above. My assessments are as follows: RSI is so oversold that at some point there will be a strong upward swing. It's pure statistics, and I see it again and again. Oversold for well over 2 months is rare. What drives a stock is ultimately the fundamentals, news, etc. All of this creates movement in the stock, which reflects market psychology. With good financial results, raised guidance, and finally a rather significant dividend increase, all investors in Cbrain have something to smile about. The positive news will change market sentiment on the stock, and it will rise. Especially because it has been so pressured ever since August 2025. One can use the metaphor of a spring being compressed more and more. Looking at the charts, the 50sma is at price 98, which represents an increase of well over 20%, while the 100sma is at price 122, an increase of well over 50%. There are no resistance areas up to either of these two, and I therefore believe it can be a good swing trade up to at least price 98. Should the above not succeed, I also assess that with the good financial results and dividend, etc., the stock will form a bottom in this area, and therefore there will be very little downside from here. With such financial results, Cbrain won't just drop another 20% over the next month.

Last time they lowered guidance for the entire 2025, that sent investors the stock down, but the company chose to take the big hit immediately and start fresh. Now the company raises guidance for the entire 2026, which is very positive, investors buy into that, meaning now they buy more shares, but what if no one wants to sell? Well then the price of the stock is pushed up, that's where the stock becomes more valuable. The stock's price has nothing to do with management, operations and the financial statements do, however. Now you probably sold the other day, because you got angry and grumpy, to that I can only say, too bad for you. For instead of looking at the underlying news, of which none came, the case should have remained unchanged, and you should have reacted with a buying opportunity instead. Now you sold and then you missed today's rise. Too bad for you.

Have held a larger position and it has been an expensive drop and yes, one could of course have sold and bought lower, but I believe in the company. When it rises, it also goes quickly the other way and then fear is quickly replaced by FOMO. I am accumulating further following today's announcement and am sitting on my hands. The case is still the same and it's positive that they raise the dividend to 1 kr.

We received the American Minister of Environment, Lee Zeldin, in Copenhagen for the signing of a 5-year cooperation agreement between U.S. EPA and the Ministry of Environment. The agreement is the result of targeted dialogue and negotiations since before Christmas, and the agreement opens for a significantly strengthened cooperation in an area where Denmark already stands strong internationally. With companies like GRUNDFOS, cBrain, AVK, DHI and Ramboll, Danish environmental technology is transformed daily into global solutions with value for climate, environment and the broader bilateral cooperation.
