The figures are accumulated amounts from the start of 2025. CEO's comment Flowscape continues to report positive operating profit (EBIT). The quarter's EBIT amounted to 535 TSEK. The value of the company's annually recurring license revenues (ARR) amounted to 36,9 MSEK at the end of the quarter, which corresponds to an increase of 12 percent compared to the same period last year. Net sales during the quarter landed at 10 735 TSEK, which is slightly lower than the previous year, despite higher license revenues. The difference is mainly explained by lower one-off revenues (e.g., third-party hardware and delivery services). Cash and cash equivalents amounted to 8 238 TSEK as of September 30, 2025, compared to 10 720 TSEK at the beginning of the year and 9 229 TSEK as of September 30, 2024. The lower level compared to the previous year is mainly explained by delayed customer payments, which are expected to be settled during the next quarter. The increasing share of ARR creates an increasingly stable and predictable revenue base, which successively improves the company's cash flow profile. Order intake for ARR amounted to 1 894 TSEK (1 847 TSEK) during the quarter. During the period, an extended agreement was signed with, among others, one of Sweden's largest real estate companies, which adds 670 TSEK in annually recurring revenues. The customer has chosen to expand the use of Flowscape's solutions for the hybrid office, which includes functions such as room booking, automatic check-in to workplaces, and visualization of utilization rate. Flowscape places great focus on winning new contracts and we see good market prospects with a growing sales pipeline. To further strengthen the company's sales organization, we have started the recruitment of a sales-oriented marketing manager with the task of driving lead generation together with the sales team. In addition to strengthening the company's sales organization, we have also strengthened the company with a new position. On October 1, Jonas Rosling took office as Head of Customer Support, with the task of enhancing the customer experience through more efficient working methods and increased use of AI. During the quarter, Flowscape also completed a new platform for data management. The new agreement includes functions such as room booking, check-in for locations and visualization of utilization rates. Through better and quality-assured insights into how the premises are used, the conditions are created for both cost savings and a simpler everyday life for users," says Fredrik Landberg, CEO at Flowscape.

They had strong intake of new projects in Q2 that are probably implemented in Q3. Also, they have increased recurring revenue to boost base of their revenue stream. Also, during the Q3, the SEK has lowered compared to both USD and EUR so this should increase sales that is reported in SEK. Downside for this quarter is that it vacation season, so that takes some good time of from business, but I think this has not been a problem in previous years. Last quarter they had only a very small churn and it could be expected that to remain at same level. I hope we hear something from the expansions of new locations. They said that offices would be opened to Germany and Norway, but at least I haven't heard any news from this (besides comments that they will open in Germany when right person is found.) They have reported growth in personnel (40 people in their job ad) so I would assume that their growth is proceeding according to the plan. It's not first time they have delayed openings of new offices. Also it would be interesting to hear about the list change to Nasdaq. Flowscape is in good position financially (thanks to their cautious strategy), it is not critical to get new customers quickly. I think with the current valuation (4,5 SEK) it a good deal to buy the stock (P/S ratio only slightly above 2). This year it seems that many small investors have abandoned company as number of shareholders in Avanca as decerased about 10%. Of course someone has bought those shares so lets see have top 10 owners increased their holdings.

They have reported growth in personnel (40 people in their job ad) so I would assume that their growth is proceeding according to the plan. It's not first time they have delayed openings of new offices. Also it would be interesting to hear about the list change to Nasdaq. They have steady growth and now they can increase salespeople, so we should see more positive results next year. Flowscape is in good position financially (thanks to their cautious strategy), it is not critical to get new customers quickly. I think with the current valuation (4,5 SEK) it a good deal to buy the stock (P/S ratio only slightly above 2). This year it seems that many small investors have abandoned company as number of shareholders in Avanca as decerased about 10%. Of course someone has bought those shares so lets see have top 10 owners increased their holdings.
