    I was far too cowardly to get into Bitcoin in 2012! I bought this one too early, but I still believe in its future potential! I believe in an IPO in NYC, now it looks like something is happening, purely my own opinion! Digital currencies will fluctuate but are clearly here to stay whether I/we like it or not!

    The biggest news today is that CoinShares has secured irrevocable undertakings from key members of the board (including Viktor Fritzén, Johan Lundberg and Carsten Køppen) as well as other major shareholders. What this means: In total, owners of over 53 million shares (which represents a significant majority) have now formally pledged to vote yes to the merger with Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. Next step: A court hearing in Jersey is scheduled for February 17, 2026 to advance the process towards a listing on Nasdaq in the USA. Source: Internet

    I have been following the company a bit since last autumn and believe in it, but waited a while to enter, until yesterday when the situation felt right. It will be exciting to see the company grow this year now☝️

    Free float is 8.7 M shares out of 66.6. No short sellers. TTM P/E is 5.4 i.e. Forward is perhaps 3. Dividend yield of 4-6%. Peers are priced at P/E 30. 1-3 months until IPO which is at approx 155 SEK. Just congratulate those who bought recently. I am rebalancing my portfolio to be able to buy more.

    Yesterday's release indicates that a prospectus will be presented around 25/2. It also appears that the IPO is being done at a valuation of 1.2 billion USD, i.e., approx 45% above today's value of approx 7.4 billion SEK. Unfortunately, the release is not exactly a sales document, but it also appears that the IPO is based on an EBITDA derived from BTC at 65000 compared to BTC at approx 90000 today. This should mean that the IPO is happening at a P/E forward around 6. Peers are traded at an average of 30. Even if one doesn't stretch the bow so hard, a decent revaluation after the IPO is likely.

    Uncertainty due to the shutdown in the USA which affected the listing that was postponed. At these levels, it's really good risk/reward because the valuation is so low and Coinshares has large parts of stable income.
