    I believe and hope that Hemnet's new pricing strategy "sell first, pay later" will, together with a hotter housing market, show up in the bottom line after the summer. Right now, however, all short-sellers have a clear advantage. They must, however, buy back their short positions at some point, and then the price will rise quickly (given that net revenues go up again later this year). A bet that I, at least, am willing to take. Will buy more if/when the price approaches 110 kr

    Wonder if Hemnet will turn upwards again? Suing Booli isn't enough, it might even have a negative effect, right? What strategy does Hemnet have otherwise? They should realize that you can't constantly raise prices for your services without giving more. Anyway, it sounds unsustainable!

Start by lowering the prices of the ads, and then customers wouldn't have solely chosen booli. Now Hemnet has reported booli to the Competition Authority because it receives so-called "state aid" from SBAB. What do you say, people?
