The right buyers seem to be reachable to a decisively large extent without engaging Hemnet. The core questions are whether Hemnet has the dominance that has driven revenues previously and if there is a price increase in housing that creates room for Hemnet's products? For 2025, I believe that statistics have shown the opposite in the country as a whole, so Hemnet needs to provide the market with products and prices that are interesting for the c u s t o m e r's financial success. It also doesn't state what alternatives they used for advertising. "Nordea has conducted a survey comprising approximately 6,000 real estate agents in Sweden, from which over 700 responses were received. According to Nordea, the result is ”worrying” and shows that the proportion of sellers choosing to advertise on Hemnet has decreased from 84 to 70 percent in the past year".

Hemnet is therefore one of these stocks, where DI believes the funds will throw money into. It is therefore a short-term recommendation, where selling is then recommended at the turn of the month Jan-Feb. And to put it this way, my Santa is the Wish/Temu type Santa so he doesn't come with any large sums of money.
