Instead of depressing the housing market by raising prices (I myself had to pay 20tusen for an ad). They could surely grab market shares from blocket and other ad sites. E.g., hemnet rentals, furnishing, hotels, you name it. The website is very good, but the board lacks vision for what the business can achieve. The Swedish people need a kick off through discounts and lower prices so that the housing market gets going, benefiting everyone, including shareholders. I am completely convinced that another player can take over soon if the board doesn't wake up. For the stock to recover, the housing market first needs to get going and then prove it in the quarterly report. If the market starts to pick up in aprill in connection with the new mortgage rules, I still won't see the proof until q3-2026.
·7.1.It's absolutely WILD how different price targets these banks and analysts come up with. Some down at 156 while others are over 350😂 This is one of the reasons why one should never invest based on what these clowns say. They look at the exact same company, the exact same numbers, but end up with such different price targets that you'd think they sniffed grandma's sour socks 😵
·7.1.The lowest price target is probably at 121 so we still have a way down.·8.1.PEG under 2 is low for a company that grows so well. Forward PE approx 21
