·1 päivä sittenSo we reached sub-goal number 1, the 125 :-) on a closing - now we need to break up to at least my target 1, i.e. 135 ...then we'll take it from there, but 150 and 165 are the next goals. Down, 120 /122 should ideally hold, and my stoploss is still 115. At 135, the stop profit will then be raised to 122 :-) but I am very optimistic about the future here.
·2 päivää sittenFalling again despite a positive c25 index, it should at least be able to keep up. War stocks are rising and unrest is brewing. Matas is falling, but should be a "safe haven" in a time of political unrest. It's a long way to February and new figures 😅 There should at least be a single positive piece of news in the meantime that shareholders can react to.- ·2 päivää sittenHappy New Year - co-owners - I believe this will be a 3-striped year - for MATAS. Excellent choice of CEO - accustomed to strategy on growth - The market got end of year over 120 - so I am technically and fundamentally - completely calm. 120 / 150 range ......and clearly believe we will see 135 soon if the market otherwise maintains positive tendencies thereafter 150 .....165. Stoploss 115.
·22.12.2025is it tax selling that makes it fall back again there can't be many who are in + as it is almost 10 % down for the year ???·2.1.It has nothing to do with tax selling, the company has never been a rocket to invest in, and if one believes that one's investment will be multiplied in this stock, then one should find another sector to try one's luck in. I simply don't think that Matas as an investment case is particularly exciting. If one looks at the development since the IPO, it will also show this. I do hope, however, that the new CEO and their Christmas sales can hopefully boost the financial statement and perhaps come with news and initiatives that investors do not expect. That will significantly lift the stock, if not, then it will be another long period of low tide around 118-120.- ·19.12.2025New CEO in May - great CV for the new Mette!
·20.12.2025Hi, it's a bit odd that the old CEO stopped to become CEO of a retail company in Canada and then they find a new one who works with retail sales in Canada. More seriously, she certainly seems qualified but she has some very big shoes to fill. Fortunately, the company is on the right track and the next few years will probably mostly be spent on getting the most out of investments in kicks and inventory, so she has plenty of time to get to know the company and the market before very critical decisions need to be made.
