Matas ... the capricious whore one cannot trust. She stabs you in the back again and again .... should be bought when she is filled with the fear of gonorrhea and sold when the doctor says there is hope.

Perhaps common sense returns to the market today :-) , I have at least bought here with a view to a 135 / 140 return. Then we await next quarter where the Swedes don't swim aimlessly around in water instead of shopping wildly :-) ......to see 145-150

Completely absurd that this stock drops so much on an earnings report that was satisfactory and contained a lot of positive news A stable and long-term stock, well... There must be some investors who believe that the money should be placed in other sectors of the market than Matas, otherwise I cannot see why it should drop so much and go absolutely nowhere. If one bought the stock when it was listed, one has practically not earned a single krone. Even though the news and the business platform are extremely proactive.

It's a nice little business which in a few years can develop reasonably. But we need a new CEO, a solid Scandinavian footprint, better margins and hopefully a liberalization of the pharmacy monopoly. I have a target of 150 in 1H of 2026. Depending on the annual report (and the above) I am either out or go further in.

Misses by 12 million And misses by 2 million on the other targets But maintains expectations. One must say the market punishes stocks hard for it just slipping a bit, even though they gave a reason for it being a bit lower than expected. I don't understand why Matas doesn't expand to more countries than the Nordics Such as e.g. a larger market share in Germany and start-up in e.g. France and other neighboring countries. Normal and søstrene grene are e.g. in France and have market shares there too. I really think they could increase sales by e.g. the 2 countries I just mentioned here.

I think they would have enormous difficulty breaking through in France. France has a solid pharmacy tradition, several of the cheaper products Matas carries, are found in both Carrefour and Monoprix. Sephora (which is actually French) is also well-established in most cities of a certain size. All in all, a rather saturated market to enter.

One could also open 2-3 stores down there and see how it goes. One never gets ahead without taking some chances.
