The share purchase offer is just being extended and I have not yet found a solution to undo my acceptance. There is no help to be found from Nordnet - unfortunately.

The next three times the shares remained locked as acceptance shares. The problem is that the company is running and selling shares in private placements, which is dilutive for existing shareholders. The company is then required to carry out a split when the share has been below 1USD for more than a year. Look at the price development over the long term. It may seem like that is part of the point of the bid: to put a stop to the company being able to carry out new private placements. - 17.9.2024·Some who know something about the takeover. The 3rd postponement has a cut-off date today?

Sphinx Investment Has Extended Expiration Date Of Its Previously Announced Offer To Purchase Performance Shipping For $3.00 Per Share In Cash, The Expiration Date Has Been Extended To 11:59 P.M., New York City Time, On September 17 There is talk of a "hostile" takeover attempt which will probably come to nothing, perhaps a "value trap"? Have read that some believe the management will not give anything back to the shareholders in the discussion on yahoo finance. https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/PSHG/community/27.6.2024·If you can get out of your acceptance, you have access to your shares.
