Shares outside the stock exchange have voting rights and can decide that dividends are distributed only to shares outside the stock exchange. In other words, in practice, shares sold on the stock exchange are worthless. Series B Preferred Shares: Dividend right 4% per year, no voting rights. Series C Preferred Shares: Dividend right 5% per year, ten times the voting rights compared to ordinary shares. These are not listed on Nasdaq and cannot be purchased on the stock exchange, meaning they can be held by management/insider. Common Shares (listed shares): Dividend right only if the board of directors and the general meeting approve it. In practice, historical dividend distribution has been rare and very small, and the decision given does not guarantee any dividend flow in the future. ·12.5.I think you should stay far away from accepting the sale of your performance shipping shares. I accepted more than a year ago. But since then the shares have been locked. The share purchase offer is just being extended and I have not yet found a solution to undo my acceptance. There is no help to be found from Nordnet - unfortunately.
·17.3.Why is this company trading at such cheap multiples? When you look at the key figures, it seems terribly undervalued, especially when they also have a purchase offer of 3 USD per share. Is there something I have overlooked?

The company is then required to carry out a split when the share has been below 1USD for more than a year. Look at the price development over the long term. It may seem like that is part of the point of the bid: to put a stop to the company being able to carry out new private placements. - ·17.9.2024Some who know something about the takeover.
