Movinn has entered into a new framework agreement with a large global company to provide temporary housing solutions and serviced apartments for the company's activities in Sweden.
For reasons of confidentiality, the client's name remains undisclosed.
This agreement represents significant progress for Movinn's Swedish serviced apartment business. After a period where demand in this segment has been challenged, the new supplier agreement is expected to stabilize and strengthen the occupancy level at Movinn's Swedish locations.
The agreement supports Movinn's strategic ambition to diversify its customer base and expand long-term corporate relationships. It also positions Movinn as a reliable provider of serviced apartments for large international organizations with ongoing needs for mobility and relocation.

New analysis shows record low vacant rental properties
Housing policy has moved high up on the agenda in the ongoing municipal election campaign – and for good reason. Now, a new analysis from EjendomDanmark, the real estate industry's collective trade organization, shows that the extent of vacant rental properties is record low.
The housing vacancy rate has just been calculated at 1.9 percent in the latest quarter, which is the lowest level ever measured. This corresponds to a fall of 0.4 percentage points in the latest quarter alone.
“This actually reflects what many municipal politicians are talking about right now – namely the need for more housing, especially in the larger cities,” says Peter Stenholm, CEO of EjendomDanmark, and continues:
“The nationwide development is due to a combination of high demand for rental properties in, among other places, the entire Capital Region, Aarhus and Aalborg, where the vacancy rate either falls or is already very low. At the same time, it is also an effect of less construction, partly due to higher interest rates. If we are to keep up with the expected population growth, it is important that we create incentives to build more housing – of all types – so that we can continue to have diverse cities.”
EjendomDanmark has calculated the housing vacancy rate since 2014, and the average for the entire period is 3.5 percent.
Approved Q3 - improvements as promised were delivered.
Positive EBITDA and EBIT and a significantly strengthened cash flow!
Good that there has been a reduction in Odense. More to come.
Great that Copenhagen, Aarhus and Hotel Twenty Six in Malmö are performing.
Looking very much forward to 2026, where especially the effects of a slow Odense in 2025 are out of the figures.
Bought 10,000 shares at the bank. Reasonably positive and promising financial report. There's still some way to go, but it seems they are working towards it now. And the share price is low. Doesn't require much profit for it to be attractive. But not much interest in the company, perhaps understandably.
I have a negative return of -87% on this one. I invested 15,000 which is now largely lost.
Do people have any hope for the future of this one, or do you think the race is over?
