I.e., downscaling or complete shutdown of unprofitable markets (Odense, Aarhus and several cities in Sweden). Focus on the 'home market' Copenhagen and Malmö. Focus on cost control and execution. Consistently rising margins and consistently rising profits. Especially the upcoming aparthotel on Amager (94 hotel apartments, start-up mid-2027) will contribute nicely to this turnaround/strategy, with an expected 25-30 million in annual revenue and EBITDA of 4-7 million DKK. For comparison; GreenMobility shut down in Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands and Belgium and concentrated solely on Copenhagen and Aarhus. And now generates good profits!

The company has most likely set a conservative budget for 2026. So for the first time in their stock market history, they will come out and surprise. Perhaps an upward revision is within the possibilities? Not many follow Movinn or are shareholders - I understand that - it has been quite a tale of woe. But large positive price fluctuations may come in the future, when/if the company hopefully soon goes from MINUS to PLUS at the very bottom of the financial statement. Current MCAP=21.5 million DKK - not much!·9.5.Yes, what they are doing on the Stock Exchange is a very relevant question. Especially at the moment, when earnings are not exactly abundant. And as you write, it's not free to be listed. The most significant reason for being listed is probably that the company relies on large B2B customers, and being publicly listed provides visibility/advertising, validation, and goodwill. Easy to access Movinn's financial statements before a potential collaboration. I expect that the largest owners, including founders, will reduce parts of their ownerships as results improve. This will contribute to a larger shareholder base and more liquidity in the stock. I therefore do not expect them to delist from the FN-exchange.
