·19.1. · MuokattuFor about a week, I have created code myself and used Claud AI (Cowork), which replaces the entire CPQ function in CRM as we use it at work. And that at a fraction of the cost, and I spent a week doing it. That is what is happening. This is a technological shift we are facing. It's not just the CRM stock you see dumping massively now, it's primarily all administrative software systems. So that won't happen overnight, as there's a lot else that goes into such systems and how it's integrated into a value chain. But it shows that companies can now, by using open source code, very quickly develop functions themselves that these softwares sell for a high monthly cost. It is a massive disruption of software as we know it. PS. Been in the industry for 25’years, work on the system/integration side of the value chain, and for me, these are massive changes. Sorry. Be careful believing this is just a bad week. Will CRM survive. Yes. Will they have the same revenue for the next ten years? No one knows, but that companies can now relatively easily with a fraction of cost replace much functionality they use a system like CRM for: YES
