UniladTech has published an article about the leaker "CyberLeek", who has leaked new GTA 6-gameplay (including a map and new game mechanics) in protest against the gaming industry's "consumer-unfriendly" initiatives. Here are the most important points you should know – whether you agree with the protest or not. Because it can have serious consequences for many people. Personally, I don't understand the need to share it at all. I think it's incredibly unfortunate and quite annoying that someone has to ruin the experience for so many gamers. I very much hope that it will have noticeable consequences. The most important points from the article Massive consequences: CyberLeek encourages crypto donations to continue the actions. This opens up for accusations ranging from copyright infringement and data theft to extortion – which in the USA can be punished with up to 45 years in prison. Demands to the gaming giants: CyberLeek demands, among other things, a stop to digital pre-orders and a reckoning with paywalls in games. Rockstar cracks down hard: Rockstar Games and Take-Two are currently sending out massive DMCA-takedowns all over the internet. Warning to content creators: Gamers and influencers are strongly warned against sharing the material. Sharing can lead to suspension of channels and lawsuits with fines of up to $150.000 per violation. Think before you share anything further! Not to mention that games aren't stored on discs anymore anyways, the disc just serves as a key to download the game and is also necessary any time the game is played. So it doesn't matter whether GTA comes as a disc, because it's just a key and discs are dead in 1,5 years anyways unless something bigger happens to change that

However, based on current evidence, here is what is highly likely: - Age of game-build: Despite rumors of an older 2023 build, it is highly likely the footage is from 2025 or newer. A clip features the in-game radio playing a song released in January 2025, though the exact build date remains unconfirmed. - Playable Build: The leakers ("Cyberleek") recently posted a video shooting the word "LEEK" into a wall. While unconfirmed, this strongly suggests they have access to a playable build rather than just pre-recorded video files. - Risks: Because of this access, it seems highly likely there will be more leaks, as well as a high risk of major story spoilers. My thoughts: - Visuals: The graphics look extremely sharp. The leaked plane video highlights an impressive draw distance, indicating that the game's technical foundation is very strong. - Demand & Impact: The intense attention around these leaks strengthens the consensus that consumer demand is massive. I do not expect this to negatively impact the upcoming Netflix showcase or the game's overall performance.
