·26.2.Buying into ELUX at this level. have previously shorted ELUX on several occasions but now the trend has turned positive. Still many shorted positions in the stock. belongs to the ten most shorted stocks on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. That's not a good sign but.... The company has turned its earnings development with maintained revenue. It seems that the new CEO has finally turned the ship in the right direction, which means we could be at the start of a larger and longer uptrend. The price has been down to its important long-term support at 50 kr as recently as Sep-Oct. This level held again. In January, trend-following indicators turned to a positive trend. Over the past year, the price has struggled with resistance at 75 kr. At the end of January, the price finally broke up through the resistance and with force. what we see now is a pullback against the trend down towards the breakout level 75Kr. From here we have a good Risk Reward. Short-term momentum indicators have started to show positive divergences in the 2h and 4h perspective, which indicates an imminent reversal. I am buying ELUX long-term here. I expect that short selling will gradually decrease now that the company is turning to profit. When the large institutions discover that the company has got its finances in order, they will release their short positions. That will give an additional boost upwards for the price.
